Take it easy. You don\u2019t have to breathe all your air in one breath; do it gradually.”<\/p>\n
Even The Light is calibrated to our ability to handle it, according to J-R. “Don\u2019t ram the Light at people,” he says. “it will overwhelm them. If you show people Light, they\u2019ll find their own way. Isn\u2019t nice to know you do not have to be responsible?\u201d<\/p>\n
