In this seminar, J-R states, \u201cPrimarily, we\u2019re a handful of people who manage to pull the negativity of the planet to us to disperse it\u2026.and then all hell breaks loose!\u201d He goes on to remind us that God is protecting us but if we believe that, we are going to have to give up trying to control God. Now you may think that if you surrender, you are submitting to a controller. Think again. J-R says, \u201cSurrender means to enter into a higher state of self protection. You people hear that? In this English\/Spanish seminar, John-Roger begins with the following
\nexplanation. “The only thing that makes anything on the planet valuable
\nis it’s usability. If somebody gives you something, and you can’t use it,
\nit has no value to you and there are no values connected with it. So you
\nget rid of it.”<\/p>\n
“As soon as it starts to give you better a life, we’re in values. But we can’t
\nteach a better life until we can teach a good life. And we can’t teach a good
\nlife ’till we know God the giver of life. And we can’t know God out here in
\neveryone, because we’re too shaped and formed in many ways so we then
\nhave to find God inside. It’s the place where we’ve corrupted Him the least.”<\/p>\n
Throughout tbis interesting seminar, which emanated from a question about
\nself-worth, J-R points to the reasons for surrendering to the God Consciousness
\ninside us and he offers the means to surrender. Here’s a hint. He says, “Throughout
\nalmost all the sacred religions and scriptures, the one thing that every one of
\nthem seems to come into agreement with, is to serve our fellow mankind and
\nto love other humans. And if they do that, joy seems to become the springboard
\nof their life. We never come up to Joy and just hold it. Because there are other
\nthings in life that we have to relate to: bereavement, animosity, bad talk.
\nAnd so we have to learn to leave those.”<\/p>\n
“Taking control of your life,” he continues, “and directing it starts to produce the
