Another positive approach is found in doing spiritual exercises, about which John says, “When you do the spiritual exercises, you give yourself an opportunity to renew yourself inside by going to the source that has no beginning and no end; by going to the source that doesn’t die — that which ignites the sun, that which illuminates you.”<\/p>\n
