“This whole planet is an enemy,” John-Roger states, “to those people that are seeking something higher of a spiritual nature.” In a seminar delivered at the Conference for Excellence, J-R relates stories and experiences from his own life to illustrate his theme:experience what’s before you, and choose the right attitude about it!<\/p>\n
“This life is a game between your living a life that is worthy of you, wherever that worth level is, (and believe me, inside of me I’ve got it pretty high for you), and giving up. That’s not a judgment, it’s an aspiration. If you fail, don’t be concerned. Everyone of us on this planet has had failure according to somebody’s reference point of perfection. We’re not going for perfection in the physical. We’ll do that inside. We’ll go for excellence here. We can do that.” And in that, J-R is pointing to one of the strategies we can use for excellence in our own lives.<\/p>\n
Like a cheerleader, J-R tells us, “I think we have to experience a lot of things to find out what we want to choose in life. I don’t know of any other way to do it, except to get out there and do it. We are coming of age on the planet and entering into a classroom that is going to be not of our choosing, not of our making. And here’s a big key. It won’t matter what’s going on but what will matter is what you do inside of you with what’s going on. I pray harmony and peace for you.”<\/p>\n
