In this bi-lingual seminar given in Cartagena, Colombia, John-Roger spells out the differences between\u00a0 love and loving; \u201clove\u201d just being a word or theory, while \u201cloving\u201d ( love-ing) is an action.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, you understand, loving means action, not thinking about it, not just feeling about it, but taking your body and doing something with it. That\u2019s the outer movement\u2026.. \u2018cause Spirit, and God, is loving; not love, love-ing\u2014Action. If there\u2019s no holding, no touching, no caring then don\u2019t say you\u2019re loving.”<\/em><\/p>\n

He gives plenty of examples as to how these two different things play out in our interpersonal relationships.<\/p>\n

In the same seminar, J-R shares the story of a family man who was on a hot streak at a casino roulette table because an inner voice was telling him, with amazing accuracy, what number to bet on. But then got greedy, and after putting up all his material possessions, the voice lead him astray and he lost everything.<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes the voice inside is accurate, but when it\u2019s wrong, it wipes you out. Be very careful listening to voices in your head.”<\/em><\/p>\n
