“In relationships, we always find that we’re involved in a form of separation. And this is the tremendous difficulty that we have everywhere on this planet: what is the relationship of me to you and of you to me?”
With the above remarks, John-Roger introduces the subject of relationships. Along the way, he speaks of how we create separation by attempting a relationship limited to lower levels…like sex. There’s nothing wrong with sex, he tells us, but there’s more to relationships, and in the big picture of our lives, nothing exists but love and Spirit; if those are present, relating on all other levels is taken care of.
“When I speak as my own consciousness,” J-R says, “there are all types of relationships. When I speak as the Traveler Consciousness there is only one relationship and that is Love and Soul Transcendence and the energy flow of Spirit, and this is all that we’re concerned with. But that does not state that the other areas are not taken care of, because they fall into line automatically. And so, whenever you’re in a high state of consciousness, you can relate on all the other levels automatically. There is no difficulty in any way, shape, or form. Therefore, there can be no separation.”
