In a seminar given in Bogota, Colombia, John Roger offers the tools taught in MSIA for handling negativity and the karmic bumps we come across in this lifetime.
He begins by speaking of the value of chanting AniHU. “Bad feelings may show up while you’re chanting,” he says, “but you don’t have to feel bad about them. When bad feelings come up, let them go…and keep chanting. While you chant, the mind can’t hold onto the negative thought.”
