Imagine for a moment that you’re working with a leader who honors the wisdom of the spiritual heart over the cleverness of the mind.
Using the power of unconditional loving, this leader both molds and models by operating for the benefit of all humanity.
This leader holds an active awareness of soul by honoring the divinity within and around them. The leader is soul-led. This leader is aware, as Teilhard de Chardin so beautifully stated, that “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”
Now imagine that you are this leader.
If you are seeking to lead yourself and others in an authentic and loving way of being—at home, at work, in the community—the master’s program in Transcendent Leadership at Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy (PTS) is here to support you as you realize your highest potential and invite the same forward in others.
Built on generations of spiritual wisdom and principles of loving, the Transcendent Leadership program is unique among leadership programs with its soul-led focus.
The MSS in Transcendent Leadership program uses a blended learning model that allows students living anywhere in the world to participate in this two-year master’s program. You can take part in cohort learning through an online community, video conferences with faculty and peers, small group and independent projects, and five-day residencies in Santa Monica, California each semester.
PTS has been offering experiential education on practical spirituality since its founding in 1977. This is our first master’s program that is open to the public.
We hope you’ll join us in creating this vital and ground-breaking opportunity to step into the fullness of who you are as a conscious, authentic, and loving leader.
Our charter class begins with orientation in Santa Monica in August 2018.
