A challenge for you this week is to sit down, take some time for yourself, and treat yourself nobly - because you are noble.

Ask the Lord for perfect protection. Ask yourself if you were to come back to this existence again, what would be the thing that you have inside of you right now that you would not want to bring back. Then erase that thing out of your life.
