With life moving so quickly these days, it's nice to have a touch point to bring us back to our spiritual center. Loving Each Day is a free, daily email designed to uplift, inspire, and remind you of your divinity and true nature.
If you don't like what someone says, just go to another level of consciousness until that person is finished. For example, if that person is coming from a highly emotional place, you can go higher within you and just listen, observe, and not defend your position. If you wish to give information in response, do it from a neutral place of presenting just the facts as you see them.
