There is a higher standard of living available to us, which we can attain, that I call practical spirituality. Practical spirituality takes place each time we choose the loving response when other lesser or negative choices appear.

Sometimes you forget to declare things done, so there are little incomplete energies that just keep floating around and draining off a little energy every time they come up. You may be going down the road, doing fine, feeling good, and all of a sudden some incident from the past comes up and grabs your attention. You say, "Wow! Where did that come from? I haven't thought of that in years. How did that get in there?" Your inner beingness brings these up for you to deal with and clear.

It is your choice to determine the level of your experience.

If you can allow the freedom inside you to flow with the cosmic energy, not necessarily as you might like it, but as it comes through the other person, you automatically spiritualize yourself. This is the spiritual scientific explanation for acceptance and unconditional loving.

It is a tremendous thing to have no separation between our Spirit and our mind, emotions, and body. Then there will be just one Spirit coming into convergence and alignment with the unknowable energy we call God.

Part of the process of manifesting abundance and making it your own involves acts of faith. This is not just having faith that something good will happen; I'm not talking about wishing on a lucky star or betting your favorite number and having faith that you'll win. I'm talking about a faith that involves your doing those positive things that produce successful results.

Shift toward the liberation, the beauty of the moment, the willingness to embrace the impact, the hurt. Something powerful goes on whenever we direct ourselves toward accepting and cooperating with whatever is in our presence. We move closer to God's presence in all things.

When you are in spiritual harmony, you are the one that is. You are a distinct part of the cosmic flow of this universal intelligence. You are in cooperation with the spiritual hierarchy of the planet.

I look at this particular level as a classroom. Our life reveals to us what we have to learn next -- not to reveal our failure to us, but to reveal to us where we lacked preparation, where we really weren't thoroughly up on what was going on. And we get a chance to see what it is.
