If you have the choice of the divine knowing or the divine unknowing, take the divine unknowing. As soon as you know, you have to take responsibility for all the actions. As soon as you don't know, you still are open to receive of the grace of that.

Thank God. Be grateful for the richness in your life that provides you with the ways and means to have a righteous life, one aligned with the high purpose that comes from Spirit.

From that higher place, called altitude, you are in a spiritual position without getting caught in emotional, defensive postures. It isn't easy at first, but then again, things of value aren't always easy. You might start by silently calling for the spiritual Light to fill, surround, and protect you, even while someone may be accusing you. And then send the Light to the other person. It may not work perfectly at first, but with enough practice, love, and Light, even a "rock" can open.

If you are reading this and are distracted from the experience you get while reading this, you need practice. Practice the action of focus. Place your intellect, your emotions, your body -- your entire self -- here and now. When you are in the only place that Spirit exists, which is here and now, you are then available to your freedom.

The only way to grow is to grow. It's easier on you if you choose to grow willingly, knowingly, with acceptance, enthusiasm, understanding, and cooperation.

The only thing many people get out of meditating is calluses on their bottoms -- and maybe not even that because they won't sit still long enough! If this describes you, your meditation has taught you at least one useful thing: How not to do it. If 25 or 30 years of study have not brought you anything but this, you might want to consider a change.

Others can only reflect to you that you are in mastership. And if you are there, of course, it does not matter what anyone else says or thinks. So ultimately it comes right back to: "To thine own Self be true."

Souls are not the bodies nor the conditions in which they frequent and occupy. We as Souls are entirely free to choose into our divine nature and gain that realization. It is your choice how you relate to God and all of the creation including yourself. The choice is entirely yours to love all of God's creation.

There can be no end to spiritual progression because there has never been a beginning. There is only a now. Even the Soul is not your ultimate goal. God is your ultimate goal. You do not stop when you reach Soul consciousness; you keep going, reaching into greater and deeper levels of God.
