That's how to get out of hurt. Do you know there's no cure for evil? But I'll tell you how you get rid of it. You put the divine on top of it; it absorbs the evil, and it becomes one. Instead of evil pulling divinity down, divinity pulls the evil up. You balance it out, and we have another bright spot in the universe.

For the most part, your imagination and your emotions are used to work out karma. In the dream state, you often create illusion fields around yourself that will seem very real to you and that will provide the framework through which you work out your karma. It is illusion. The instant you shift your focus and deny their existence, they are gone. Part of your training during the night travel is learning to discern reality from illusion. When you have perceived and confronted illusion, you will find that only the Soul is left, and you will be home free.

It matters very much that you get your head out of yesterday because that is attachment. So as many times as you have to "throw water in your face" to bring yourself to today, you do that.

Remember that the opportunity to go within and directly experience the movement of spiritual inner awareness is eternally present regardless of place or time.

In order to do what it takes to manage your life, you have to go to the source of strength. It is not on the outside. It is not subscribing to the latest diet fad. The last one didn't do it for you because you were putting your energy into outside cures. If you take it from the inside, you are then able to create what you really choose. You have within you the ability to create.

It's nice to recognize that the Soul holds itself responsible for all its actions and creations. The consciousness may try to "get away with something" or may try to fool itself and lull itself into patterns of unawareness, but the Soul says, "These things I am. These are things for which I am responsible. These things I will fulfill right down to the last farthing." The Soul fulfills all things within itself.

God sees only perfection.

The number one enemy of the Spiritual Warrior is resistance. Resistance is the ultimate contracted state; it produces discord, disease, and violence. When we resist our own divine nature, we commit an act of violence against ourselves. Ironically, when we resist our dark nature it is also an act of violence. For people seeking a path of awareness, resistance can become either a stepping-stone or a stumbling block.

Spiritual progression is not to be found outside, in the physical world. Spiritual progression is found inside you.

We are those who vibrate to the rhythm and purpose of the Soul. We choose loving as the way regardless of what is present in the conditions and situations in the world and the world to come. We hold true to the consciousness of the beloved.
