We stop finding faults in people, and we start to understand that what they're going through is their process, and we just let them do it. It's called, "That's their '10-percent level,' their own area of concern."

Impatience is part of our negativity, distracting us from our here-and-now life. So, what do you do with your impatience? You don't do anything with it, because impatience is doing something to you. All you have to do is observe it.

The way you learn to hold spiritual energy is just to keep doing it and doing it and doing it. In the beginning, it may seem like you can't hold the energy for very long, and that's to be expected. As you continue working with the tones, you'll be able to hold it a little longer and a little longer. And as you can hold the energy for a longer period, more energy will come in. Then there will be another shift as you learn to handle more. It's ETC -- Eternally Traveling Consciousness -- a continuous process, continuous growth. And being able to hold the spiritual energies is really a great, great blessing.

Q: I've heard the phrase, "Why ask for as loaf of bread when you could ask for the grocery store," and I still don't know what to ask for. I don't want to seem greedy. J-R: Don't worry, if it's greedy, you won't get it. Just say, "Okay, I'll take the store, all the store. I'll take whatever you want to give me, for the highest good." You ask for the highest good just in case there's someone out there with negative power who can deliver it to you and make you curse the day you asked for it. I have been so blessed that I haven't gotten a lot of things I wanted. You can't believe it! Just ask for the highest good, and then ask. Ask boldly, ask bravely, ask confidently, because it's the Father who's going give it to you. When your daughter comes up to you and asks, "Daddy?" she probably gets what she's asking for a hundred times out of a hundred, though maybe not exactly the way she asks. If you're going to give to her with your loving, what do you think our Father is going give to us with that loving? That's how we approach this. With the total assurance that the Divine nature is fulfilling itself. And we just have to keep asking into it.
