You have to get into "yourself" to discover the essence of God. Spiritual exercises get you into yourself. They start peeling the layers away, sometimes very gradually and sometimes in a beautiful rush.

We are all One through Spirit. When you truly realize the Oneness, you know love for yourself and everyone.

The Christ stands as that one who tells us, "Here's how to get on the path. Right here. Come here. Follow this, and you'll be on the way. I am the Light. I am the truth. I am the way."

Keep your eye on what you're doing. It's not difficult to watch what you're doing. Keep your mind on what you're doing as you do it. Know full well the way you're being treated now is exactly what you've put out to the world, and you've agreed to have it treat you that way. It's treating you in exact agreement to what you put out. If you put out love and joy and happiness, it's going to agree with you and give you that. If you put out hurt, animosity and despair, it will supply it to you.

When you have the opportunity to experience the depth of your Soul, say yes. Say yes to your Soul and it will guide you home.

Take all the loving energy that has been extended into you and around you and through you, and slowly pull it up through your body until it gathers behind your eyes in the center of your forehead. Hold your attention there. Your spirit rises. The world is forgotten, and you begin your journey with the Traveler into the higher realms of Spirit.

No one really has control over the Light, but you can ask that it be sent for the highest good to those people or situations that you feel could use it. And if it can go for the highest good, it will go, and if it can't it won't.

I'm sure you've heard of something like this, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over that does not work." What's the obvious point? Do something different. Sometimes that means do anything different. Why does that work? Because the universe rewards action not thought. The universe applauds each time you do something different until your question or problem is solved completely, resulting in success and even thunderous applause from the heavens above.

The connection that ultimately merges within each of us is the primary ingredient of Soul, a neutral, infinite, unconditional loving, in God.

What we think about is what we will become. Hold in your mind what you want more of. When you worry, you're holding pictures in your mind that you want less of, but the law of Spirit says, "What you focus upon you become. What you focus on comes to you."
