Children will do little things, like come running up to you and put their arms around you and say, "I love you, Daddy," or "I love you, Mommy." They'll give you a great big kiss and then turn around and run out to play, leaving you completely devastated. They come out of nowhere with this bountiful joy of childhood and give it to you. That is the kingdom of heaven.

Rather than seek, the Spiritual Warrior is open to each experience serving a greater good and cooperating with the highest good available.

The main thing to keep in mind when doing spiritual exercises (s.e.'s) is that the only wrong way to do s.e.'s is not to do them. Perhaps the easiest way to do s.e.'s is simply to be open to receive whatever is there for you at the time. You can call in the Light and ask to become attuned to the Traveler within you, and then chant Hu, Ani-Hu, or your initiation tone. If you are new to s.e.'s, you might do this for ten minutes a day, more if you like, of course.

I'm not one who emphasizes the physical world. But it really is time that the Light bearers on the planet, the way showers, start shedding the Light of reason and logic everywhere they go. We can leave the physical earth with a much nicer frequency than we found it. These areas of responsibility apply to everyone. One reason the world is in its present condition is because many people "passed the buck" and said, "That doesn't apply to me." Spiritual ecology applies to everyone -- no exceptions.

Find your trust in God as your partner, your unconditionally loving and most loyal friend. Do your best to connect with God. Allow that Holy Presence to infuse your humanity. As you practice that divine connection, you will begin to understand, which is the third law of Spirit. What follows is the fourth law of Spirit -- enthusiasm -- for your life exactly as it is with no need to be different. -John Morton, D.S.S.
