What are the Spiritual Warrior's most important qualities? Clear intention, ruthlessness and impeccability. Clear intention is uplifting and practical, meaning it can always be applied. Not the ruthlessness that is mean or hurtful, but the ruthlessness that says "I will love in the face of any challenge." Impeccability allows our energy to be free of negativity and attachments so that we can direct ourselves into Spirit and expand our awareness of this world and the worlds in Spirit.

Worshiping God is worthwhile. We call it doing spiritual exercises. People get astounded when they realize that by doing spiritual exercises, they have been worshiping God with their body, mind, and Soul.

When you see something negative happen, like a lack of understanding or a quarrel, instead of adding fuel to it by saying, "Yes! You were right! You should have hit them over the head," you have a responsibility to place loving and understanding there. Even when someone is fighting and yelling at another, they're really saying, "Please understand me. I can't do it myself. Please listen; I need your help."

Someone once asked me the difference between the Soul and the Christ. The Soul is an individualized form of God, entirely of the spiritual dimension, and it can also take a psychic-material form, whereby Spirit takes on a physical body. There's a crossover, like Alice going through the Looking Glass. In other words, there's another world, and that world is easy to forget. In fact, part of what happens is that you forget where you came from (Spirit), and then you may look around, wonder where the entry was, and feel really lost, not knowing where you are and wanting to get out but not knowing how to. The Christ stands in as the door, and whoever asks, whoever seeks, cannot be denied the light and love of God.

The world does a very interesting thing to us. It meets us at the point of our agreement. If you agree to something the world will come and reflect it back to you. That's why we come together in groups on this planet, because what we agreed to as a group, the world gives to us. Now, here's the thing you've got to watch out for: If you agree to negativity the world is going to supply you the negativity. And it will supply you the reference points for the negativity, and give you all the evidence you need to be very negative.

We can get so caught up in trying to find the perfect gift or the right words to say to someone, yet the simplest and most precious gift you have to give resides within you. That can be difficult to accept. We tend to look outside ourselves and compare. Everyone else seems to have more talent, money, happiness -- more of everything we think we want. Yet, the reality is that everything you've ever wanted or dreamed of having is already present within you.
