Search the Loving Each Day Quotes

You may say, "Well, my dad hurt me when I was thirteen." You've got a thirteen-year-old running a fifty-year-old man. You had better get that thirteen-year-old up to date. You can clean it out by just not focusing on that again. And you can clean it out by moving into the Soul. Be sure to bury it deep enough that it gets to the Soul. If you don't (and many people have stopped very short of getting there), you put it into the unconscious, and then you run yourself from a habitual pattern of unconsciousness, and you may have to seek out psychotherapy. Then you've got to go relive it and be responsible and accountable for all those past things, and that's not necessary. You don't have to do that. Why? Because we are creators in the exact perfect image of God in the Spirit, and we can dissolve it. We can dissolve it by a dismissal, by not putting our energy on it anymore.

John-Roger, DSS
A person may tap into the Soul-level source of art, science, literature, music, and so on. The thing that makes it universal is the essence of God, which, on the physical level, we sometimes call humanity. When we watch a movie or television show, see a painting, or read a book that moves us in our hearts, we are probably being touched by that humanity of Soul energy, of God, that has been channeled through the medium.

A Spiritual Warrior looks for the most efficient and effective way to accomplish something -- the most direct way is a living truth.

John-Roger, DSS
The practice of spiritual exercises really ferrets out the junk. And sometimes when the junk is being ferreted out, we have to express it. So we don't get to express the Godliness and the Christ-likeness that we'd like to. So it's important that we love ourselves anyway and be as honest in our expression as we can without dumping our stuff on somebody else.

Being grateful means maintaining the awareness that Divinity is entirely present in every moment of your life and that you don't have to go anywhere to experience the glory of the divine presence. When you are in that awareness and cooperation, all things flow to you, and you experience a sense of upliftment and peace.

Let's be about leaving this world better than we find it each and every day. Our life is a testimony and through us divine loving is becoming more manifest. Greater good is calling upon us here in this world to be done this day. One of my rallying calls is let's go out and do some good. This is who we are. This is what we are about.

John Morton, DSS
There is a Spirit inside of you watching out for you and taking care of you, no matter what. Something that looks like your greatest catastrophe is really your greatest blessing, because it will lift you into the next level of awareness. So when things happen that may seem unfair at first glance, look for the loving lesson underneath. If you can't see it there, put it there yourself so that you see everything that happens to you through the eyes of loving.

John-Roger, DSS
Never measure yourself against somebody else's standard in the material world because you can't tell an old soul (who is very experienced here on this level) from a new soul who is inexperienced. A new soul is naive and an old soul is simple-minded. You can tell one that's growing (in between young and old) because of the sophistry they present. But the old souls know the whole game, and they think, "Why bother, I'm going to be through this time, so I'm just going to sit back and rock." The young soul says, "I'm going to go out and play in the playpen or do almost anything, because I don't know what's going on," and it will learn what's going on.

When you accept, it is easy because accepting is not resisting; it is letting things pass through and saying, "Thank you, Lord, for another wonderful day." When you can do this, it becomes so much easier to break the karma free.

Many times you treat yourself as a prisoner. You fall under the influence of psychic energies and allow yourself to be held within that power. And if you place yourself in situations and environments where you can be active, work constructively or take part in healthy recreational programs, you will see rehabilitation within your own consciousness.
