You can assist by loving yourself every step of the way, by doing your spiritual exercises to gain a greater perspective on what you are experiencing, by loving the people around you and treating them with kindness, and by living with integrity and honesty.

The ultimate goal is union with God.

Know that God already knows all that is involved with you and all that is about you. What is needed to overcome and thrive upon every challenge is fully prepared and awaiting your trust. This moment, every moment, calls upon your greater good and love to become more manifest.

It's easy to give up your rights and your consciousness. But later, you have to come around and look at the responsibility levels and do something about them. When you can assume the responsibility of yourself and overcome the tests that come your way, when you can learn from the experiences that are presented to you, you can be lifted very high in consciousness and greatly enhance your spiritual growth.

The true self's only game is the game of loving, which involves cooperation and caring.

The Traveler Consciousness will not violate any level within you. You must willingly and openly go along with it. It promises nothing except to work with you spiritually.
