Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.
Get friendly with fear. When it comes along, say, "Come and sit down, my friend; let's see what you've got going." Sit with it. Observe it. Say, "This is fear; this is my friend." Most of us consider fear to be an enemy. How can it be your friend? Because it is going to reveal its great power -- the knowledge that it is merely a veil which conceals the Divine from us. We have kept ourselves from seeing and knowing the power because it comes disguised as fear. If someone came up to you and said, "I'm going to reveal to you the great power of the universe," would you look at them as an enemy?
If you find that you love God, you are separate from God. If you find God loving you, you are separate. It is when you find you are the Beloved that you become the path. You become the Light, the Truth and the Way. There is no separation; there is only the Beloved.
Live in the truth of your own beingness, and let your actions speak for you.
You can ask, "How would Christ handle this situation that I am in?" You put on the eyes of the Christ; you look through them and say, "Well, Christ would do this." Then you do that. And that is the enlightenment.
All that you want to be, you already are. All you have to do is move your awareness there and recognize the reality of your own Soul. And the message of MSIA and the Traveler is that God is in heaven, that there are greater realms, that you do not have to die to experience them, and that you can know the divine reality while you live on this earth.
Holding the pictures in your mind that you want more of puts the cosmic awareness on notice that you are a force to be reckoned with. And it will start the supply.
In serving, I often find I do not have wants. I simply need to know where and with whom I am called. My ministry is to serve one and all in the name of the Lord of us all.
The essence of true service is self-fulfillment. In that inner fulfillment, there are no regrets and no apologies. You will always be able to look back and see where you could have done better, and you'll always be able to look ahead and worry about doing better. But in true service, you just handle here and now with what you have. And you continue on with whatever presents itself to you next.
The nature, the essence, of the Soul is JOY. It is joyful because it is wholly of God, is aware of that, and has total knowledge of that.
In MSIA, there is a consciousness called "the Mystical Traveler," but it doesn't have to be called that. It was given a term so that it could be referred to in speaking and writing. Also, mystical means "having a spiritual meaning or reality that is neither apparent to the senses nor obvious to the intelligence," and traveler refers to one who goes on a trip or journey. The Traveler exists on all levels of consciousness and can go (travel) with people into areas of consciousness that are not apparent to the senses or obvious to the intelligence (mind). Before MSIA came into being, the Traveler was referred to in some places as a prophet, an avatar, a spiritual leader, and so on; there are many names. It comes from Spirit, from the spiritual levels referred to as the School of the Divine or the Holy of Holies.
