There are highly skilled people who use their skills to serve without expecting gain for themselves. Such people just give in the pure sense of that word. Those people are rare and beautiful individuals.

Q: I'm concerned that I am creating negative karma for myself and leaving the path of grace. A: Everything a person does makes both positive and negative karma, though rarely equally. Your attitude is more important than the action. And in whatever you do, be loving and choose wisely.

When the Spirit moves inside of you, you may have many feelings, body sensations, mental confusions, etc. That's okay. You don't have to give them power. You don't have to take any action. Realize that things are moving inside; and you can just observe it.

There's an opportunity to give from that spirit of giving that simply loves someone, and that does something very precious.

One attitude that can be a great block to your spiritual progress is the one that says, "I'm right. They're wrong!" "They" might be your spouse, your boss, your parents, your children, anyone. That attitude, of course, is immediately observable to "them," and it makes it almost impossible for "them" to communicate effectively with you. This attitude can be extremely subtle. It can affect many areas and cause numerous difficulties.

You can break free of limitations by sacrificing every one of them.

When you observe, you just state what you saw take place. You say, "I saw this and this and this." Somebody asks, "Was it that?" You say, "I didn't see that." They ask, "Did they do this?" You say, "I didn't see that." There is no need to even say, "I don't know," because that moves it out of observation. The statement of observation is only what is, not what you know or don't know about the situation. The power that comes from that, internally, is tremendous. It becomes so nice that you just want to stay in that place. And that's not a state of "do nothing." The statement of neutrality and observation is an active place; it doesn't carry any negative weight or positive weight for outcome.

You're never given anything you cannot handle. That's a spiritual law. There may be things which are difficult to handle or which you'd prefer not to handle, or which you'd like to handle better, but there is nothing given to you that you cannot handle.

To get an idea of how the Traveler works with people, you could think of climbing a mountain, such as Mount Everest. If reaching the top of it were your goal, you would probably want to climb with the assistance, suggestions, encouragement, and guidance of someone who has already climbed it and knows the way. The Traveler Consciousness knows the way "up the mountain" to the Soul realm and above, and it can guide and assist you spiritually. Still, though, the climb is always yours. You are the one who does it, and when you have given over to the Traveler Consciousness to guide you to the heart of God, you have given over to your own spiritual heart, because the Traveler is within you, as it is within each person.

Letting go is letting God and a good move. God is moving you to become all that you are to become in perfection.
