We are all tested in our commitment, dedication, and devotion in relation to our Soul and Spirit. Look more to what you can do to help create what serves your Soul. Be willing to check things out. Pay attention and be open to unexpected opportunities that Spirit provides for your learning, upliftment and growth.

John Morton, DSS
As a spiritual being, you have inside the ability to call forth and bring forth the Light of God into any environmental situation and to transmute the negativity into a positive gain. As just one example of this, to help stabilize the earth, you can ask that a column of Light be placed into the center of the earth and then radiate to the north and south poles. This can help areas that are prone to earthquakes.

John-Roger, DSS
As much as you can imagine God, you miss it. As much as you can feel God, you miss it. And as much as you can think about God, you miss it. But as soon as you turn into your own breath, and beyond to that which activates your breath, you can once again experience God. You can live without food for a long period of time, and you can live without water for a while. But you die without your next breath, and the next breath is the Spirit.

John-Roger, DSS
If you want something that you can provide for yourself, don't just ask God for it; go out and work to get it. Don't ask God to carry your bags if you have two good arms. God isn't the great bellhop in the sky. Anyway, if you can order God around, that means you're God. If you can't order God around, it simply means that you're a smaller god. You are still a god of your own beingness, of your own inner universe. What happens in your universe when you're upset, depressed, and miserable? I suppose you're creating earthquakes on your planet. Maybe you're destroying your inhabitants. Perhaps you are one of the wrathful gods who rule through fear. Is that the way you want God to be with you? No, I'm sure you want God to take care of you, be kind and benevolent, and give you what you need. If that is so, then perhaps you should watch what you are doing within your own universe.

John-Roger, DSS
Your attitude is more important than the action. And in whatever you do, be loving and choose wisely.

John-Roger, DSS
The neat thing to know is that the law of God is just and it's impartial. Yet some of you may say that God should give you a break. If you enter into the grace of now, God gives you the break. So all the breaks are in our hands and our control.

Prayer is an opportunity to resonate with all your mind and beingness. What am I going to utter to God? Maybe it is time for listening, time to hear from my consciousness and commune with the Divine. What is on purpose now? Where does my purpose lead?

Let changes just happen as they happen. All you have to do is keep your eye on your goal and keep moving toward it, irregardless of whatever else seems to be going on in your life. As you do this, the changes will just come about naturally for you -- they won't be forced or "pushed".

John-Roger, DSS
In a marriage, each one contributes one hundred percent. Then it doesn't matter who is fulfilling what role. If the goal is the same for both people, either partner may fulfill any part. As long as you give one hundred percent, then the marriage is complete and is working.

John-Roger, DSS
The human consciousness is so constructed that you can live with a high degree of pain -- physical, emotional, mental, and so on -- and live with it for such a long time that you grow accustomed to it. A path filled with accustomed pain may appear to be one of little resistance, so you continue on it for quite some time. You may be feeling the negative feedback that is telling you what is happening, but you are accustomed to it, so you let it go. Then, when it builds to a point of explosion, you say, "But I didn't get any negative feedback." If you take the time to look closely, you will probably see where it was and how you missed it.
