You maintain your attunement with Spirit by continuing to do spiritual exercises, by listening to the Word of God spoken through your inner consciousness as well as in scripture and seminars, by chanting the name of God, and by riding the Sound Current back through the formlessness into the heart of God.

You know that the earth is more negative than positive. Look around the world and see it. All of the negativity being thrown up, all of the destruction, is a trap. It makes you lose track of the positive nature of the Soul, the positive nature of your own divine Self and Spirit. It's important to hold the image of your own divinity and the perfection of your own Soul. These positive aspects of yourself are the parts that are lasting and enduring.

You reach into Spirit by building the strength of Spirit through spiritual exercises.

People in families have responsibilities to one another. If one spouse gets hurt, the other one, even if out of pure selfishness, should get busy and help the spouse get better as fast as possible. It'll be worth it. If others are not smart enough to take care of themselves, you do it for them because they're part of you.

The teachings of the Christ are our teachings. The teachings of the Christ are the teachings of Spirit. We seek to live in the ways demonstrated by the Christ, to be honest and loving in every way.
