Fear of others judging us is often related to our self-judgments projected onto others. You may want to pull back from any projections and deal with any judgments that come up, that is, forgive yourself for judging yourself for whatever it is. You may need to do this many, many times per day, but persisting can loosen the bonds of judgment. If you look honestly, you can realize in the moment it is happening that you are in your negative pattern towards others. In the moment you are first tempted to judge is when you have the best opportunity to stop judging.

That which is called the human consciousness is in a constant state of change and, if you will, of decay and rebirth. As the consciousness moves higher and higher, you leave behind the old familiar patterns; you let them go and continually move into new areas.

Send the Light to those in need. You see these people being placed in the Light. If you prefer, you can even say their names out loud or silently within you, and you let the Light go to them for their highest good. Their highest good may be that the Light not reach them because of what's going on in their lives, but this Light will circle around them and wait until they ask God for help. It will move in and bless them with its presence. Even if you have had disturbances with people, place them now in this Light and remember to place yourself there also and receive. You receive through the opening of your consciousness. If you give a little, you receive a little. It is your choice, but you should know what the choices are.

Q: Can you overuse the Light by putting it around every action and working with it? A: No, there is no way to overuse it. But you can underuse it by forgetting to ask for it. I'd ask for it all the time.

When you get high enough in the consciousness of God, everyone has the same name. That name is love.

When you recognize that the Soul is perfect and complete, you have found your "soul mate". When you recognize that you are complete, then you have no need for the boundaries of this world. And this is what is often called self-realization. It's freedom!

Consider what you would be like if you did not have the negative judgment either towards yourself or another. That is a turning point to personal freedom.

Some people come up and start running the law on you. If you forgive them and they hit you, what do you do? Forgive them. What if they hit you again? Forgive them. What if they do it again? Don't be stupid -- get out of reach. And forgive them again.

Wherever you go, ask for God's Light to surround you, protect you and fill you. Place it ahead of you wherever you are going so that you will always be well received. Every time you meet someone, ask this Light to be placed between you, not as a barrier, but for clarity. Ask for the highest good to be present. When people speak to you, ask yourself, "Is this true for me?" You can't ask if it's true for everyone because there is no real truth for everyone -- except God.

Don't let anyone buy your allegiance. Give your allegiance freely where you want to give it, but don't demand anything in return. If you do, you've sold yourself short, and will no longer be free.
