The kingdom of heaven is found in the place of your compassion. It's found in the place of your loving. It's found in the place of your generosity. It's found in the place of your healing of yourself and others. It's very easy to find the kingdom of heaven inside.

You can't receive Spirit intellectually, emotionally, or physically. You cannot think about it, feel it or touch it. Yet it is more valuable to you than your next breath. It is the living water of life. It is the ocean of divine love and mercy. It is the essence of life itself.

Q: What if I can't be neutral in a situation, but I still would like the Light to be there for the highest good? A: Just ask for the Light to be there for the highest good. You aren't doing it; God is doing it. You are simply asking. You can also ask that the Masters of Light send the Light to the situation or person. Doing that can filter out your emotional attachment to the outcome.

Walk your talk. Some won't be going where you are going. Keep walking until the Lord gives you pause.

You can deal with any challenge in this way: lovingly extend your energy field and encompass the situation, then maintain a sense of neutral observation. This approach places you securely in your center, the Soul. Then, from this center, spiritual energy starts radiating outward. It does not radiate out as personality, but as an expression of your Soul's Light.

If you've been moving forward and upward in your spiritual progression and you get tired and decide you want to take a break, be careful. You won't be able to stand still. If you stop your forward progression, chances are you'll start slipping backwards. Those who have undergone adversity and maintained themselves in a positive focus of Spirit through all kinds of difficulties have gained the strength step-by-step to walk into the "high country."

As long as you are in the world, you must deal with the world. But it's important to keep this world and the things of this world in perspective. A great Indian Master was asked what it was like to transcend thought and reside in pure intellect. His answer was, "I don't know," which didn't make him look too good. But think about that question. From a state that transcends thought, there is no way to answer a question that comes from thought and requires thought to answer. There is no answer to that question. From a state beyond thought, there can be no description of that state in words.

If you put yourself into the mainstream of the current of Light and Sound, God's energy will propel you. All you have to do is align yourself with Spirit, relax, and allow yourself to move with the energy of Light as it presents itself to you. There is a tendency for this energy to throw you out as it increases. In order to stay directly in the current, you must keep yourself directed into it.

When you are free, you do not have to demonstrate it.

Spiritual Warriors are open to the world, not shut off from it. They do not ask to control it but accept it as it is and seek inner guidance in order to respond to it in ways that are aligned with their highest intentions. They know that the fears, aggravations, and confusions of life aren't accidental; instead, our Souls can take advantage of the particular opportunities they offer -- opportunities to learn, grow, and share.
