When we have really forgiven somebody, we enter into original innocence. And that original innocence is like new snow. It's like fresh rain that clears the air. It's anything where you just go, "Wow." I guess it's every sunset I've ever seen - they're all new.

Manifest loving in all you do. When you work, work in loving. When you play, play in loving. When you touch someone, touch with loving. And when you speak, speak with loving, for love is the sound of the Soul.

I've made it a point to never sit in judgment of people's actions. Because if somebody is sitting down having a beer or two, you may not know that they've been out serving four thousand people, ministering night and day, and they're taking a rest. So you just let everything go like it is. Sometimes we need to back off from things because it gets intense. So, let's cut each other a whole lot of slack. And cut yourself a lot, too, while you are at it. Do you know what cutting a lot of slack means? Don't be tied so close to things. Cut yourself loose, cut your mind loose and your emotions loose once in a while; you know, say, "Gosh, darn it!" once in a while just to keep in contact with the rest of the world who says that.

Remember that your perceptions through thoughts and feelings are subject to illusion and false conclusions. Regardless of your past or what others bring to you, there is always an opportunity to accept and love whatever is your experience.

I advise people not to be overly anxious to follow the direction they sense during meditation or spiritual exercises. There are many, many different levels and processes activated during spiritual exercises as you move deeper into your own consciousness. And certainly not all reflect clear, positive communication.

Whatever you need right now for your spiritual growth, just see the Light bringing it to you, for your highest good. If you need healing for a part of your body, whichever part needs Light, just see that part perfect inside you. There's nothing impossible with Spirit, because everything is from Spirit.

If we can assist people into the freedom of their own beingness and give them the experience of being able to create new responses for themselves that will bring them joy and fulfillment, we have indeed been successful.

Q: Would you share a little bit more about Light columns? J-R: Let's just say that we should all be Light columns first. Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, we should be a Light column. Then, wherever we go, wherever we sit, wherever we talk, we should leave a column of our beingness of Light there. We should project it collectively into areas so that we're riveting everything together like a cobweb of Light forms, energies that are intricately intertwined and as graceful as the most delicate lace. And even though they may sometimes look like a great whirlwind, sort of rough and crude, when you get into it, you find that it's a filigree and that each little strand is very fine. But together, like strands of steel wound together into cable, they are very strong.

Seeing is very important. Seeing is above all. Not feeling, not hearing. Seeing -- the inner vision. You almost have to will your Spirit eyes to open -- and they do. It doesn't come in physically like seeing with our eyes here, because this is physical vision. It doesn't come in the same way. You have to know how to look for it and find it. It's sometimes inner pictures. Sometimes it may be strange archaic symbols, and it may take you a month to get them all put down and together.

When a Spiritual Warrior walks out of one meeting or one experience, he goes on to the next. The Spiritual Warrior does not look back. He is busy growing in his Spirit. If you look back, you bring in doubt. You bring in confusion. You split your consciousness. Keep your eyes focused on the direction you are going.
