When you're under the law, people will come at you to lay down the law with accusations of your misbehavior, accusations of your wrongness, and accusations of your terribleness. They're going to be the ones who are supposed to be pure. But those who don't come at you are more likely to be the ones who are pure; go be with them and leave the others alone. Under grace you'll find that it says, "I come to do thy will, O Lord. Your law is written in my heart," not in my head or in the mouths of mine enemies.

"As a man thinketh, in his heart he becomes." That's one of the reasons it is said not to judge.

One of the wonderful things about having adversity and difficulties and challenges is they will often show you a deeper love, a deeper strength -- something valuable that you didn't know existed until whatever it took to overcome the challenges shows you what you didn't know about yourself and what you were seeking. That's a blessing.

When you focus on the Lord, you find Him present with you. He has never been apart from you; you have just been distracted by other levels. When you focus on the Lord, you come to know Him. When you know God, you can love God. The keys to the knowledge and love of God are within you. You cannot be taught those things, only awakened to them.

You must first stand and forgive yourself for all things because it was ignorance that produced them in you. It was not Light. Christ himself said that he came into the world, but the world was full of darkness and didn't know the Light. So we forgive ourselves the darkness of our being and celebrate the Lightness that we are inheriting and that we're going towards, and we put Lightness into us.

Ultimately, the way to expand is simply to let go of resistance.

When you are filled with loving and with Spirit, it flows out of you into the world. People will say, "I just feel this loving coming out of you; what are you doing?" You'll say, "I haven't done anything. I just walked in the room. I want to follow the Spirit of truth. So I spend time within. That's how I am of service to myself."

Please keep this in mind: There is immediate presence with divine Light, Love, and Compassion. We receive because we ask in the tone that is the Christ Beloved of God which is also what is referred to as the name. Thank you for asking. The mercy of God is ever present.

Don't let anything you do -- no matter how wrong or petty or shameful it seems -- stand in the way of your loving. Let your loving embrace every part of you, because that loving, and the joyfulness that comes with it, is truly who you are.

Q: I've been attending meetings for several days and am really exhausted when the day is over. Do you have any suggestions for handling this better? A: With me, always, the first priority is for a person to take care of himself or herself. Always. During the meetings and throughout the day, call in the Light to purify and cleanse and to bring the spiritual energy more present. Also remember that you are being used as a battery for those less able to contact more directly into the Light inside of themselves.
