Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.
The spiritual tradition goes like this: When you get sick and tired of being sick and tired, you will move to a better space. Before you're sick and tired, however, you may see the better space, know that its better, and still you may not walk across the desert if that's what's necessary to get to it. There's just really no such thing as willpower in terms of anything spiritual. There's ego, stubbornness and determination, desire, and lust; there's greed that seems to encompass a lot of other manifestations. But there's only one will and that is the will of the divine. That will is already present for us. The only issue is whether you can flow with it.
The eternal quest within everyone, even if you name it different things, is always towards greater happiness, greater success, and greater ability to do and accomplish. Sometimes it is called comfort, security, or contentment. Sometimes it is called self-realization, at-one-ment, universal consciousness, or God-realization. Whatever you call it, it is that thing that will work for you and bring you the joy you know is your heritage. It is very true that joy, happiness, and success are your heritage, and there are keys present within your consciousness that will unlock these goals for you.
What can be imagined can be made manifest. It only takes those willing enough to commit, create, and give.
Do you understand that you earn it all. By your thoughts, your feelings, your actions, you earn what you receive. And if you receive something that appears valuable or "good" in terms of the world, and you become righteous with that and assume a position of superiority, you will most likely be taught that it is not very important in terms of the Soul. The Soul does not care if it sits with kings and queens or if it sits with the janitor. There is no difference, in Soul. It is all one.
A major key is trust in yourself that becomes the same as trust in God. And that trust includes seeing the good in everything and using everything for greater learning and growth. Sure, this can be challenging, very challenging to work out. Know this. Eventually everything works out to your complete learning and growth. So also be patient, as indeed, God is not finished with you and you are not finished with God's creation in this world just yet. But you will be as this is already the ability and will of God for you and every Soul.
God is dwelling among his chosen people. God is dwelling in the heart. God is greater than the heart. God is all, not a part, yet every part. Love God with all your heart. Love yourself with the same devotion. Love all who come to you as you love God. But practice finding the loving within yourself before you look out. With loving, nothing is impossible.
Spirit is energy, the force that activates the human consciousness and gives it life. Spirit individualizes itself as Soul and so resides closely within each consciousness.
Ultimately you can't be kept from that which you are seeking. You will find it at some point. Everyone will find that kingdom within. The heritage and the promise belongs to everyone.
Moses parted the Red Sea and Jesus walked on the water, proving that can be done. Their actions put that potential within each human Spirit. In this age, the challenge is to find the spiritual heart, the living love, the Beloved within. We no longer look at the outer miracles as much as the inner miracles of love and truth and brotherhood.
We can take this moment to pause in order to do our part to forgive whoever or whatever comes to mind that can use it. I'm reminded of a seminar entitled "Christ is Forgiveness" that John-Roger gave many years ago in Las Vegas on Easter Sunday. We can take this moment for the one in our midst who is anointed spiritually to forgive all regardless of when and how it applies. May all be redeemed, restored, and renewed. What if it is as simple as asking that it be done in the name of Christ Jesus. And even if you don't know how to forgive, you can still give your permission to that one who is anointed in that power to forgive all by this prayer, "In the name of Christ Jesus, let all be forgiven now."
