Does it matter how you get where you're going as long as you get there, as long as you do not inflict or hurt, but you're responsible to yourself, to your own divine inner guidance? It matters little, because the place is already prepared. It has waited and waited and waited for us to claim it. When humanity claims its spiritual heritage, then we will have a new heaven and a new earth, and humans will be able to reign in any dimension as the divineness that they already are.

It's important to maintain the integrity of this physical level, which means not only taking care of the physical body but also maintaining yourself financially, emotionally, and mentally. You cannot give up your responsibility to any level. When you are taking care of yourself on all levels, it becomes very easy to move into the Soul level as that opportunity presents itself.

If a negative thought does come into your mind, immediately change the imagery from negative to positive, and let the thought go. Don't dwell on anything negative.

Spiritual exercises are a way of bringing daily remembrance that you are divine Spirit. When you get caught up in the mundane world, you only remember the mundane world. You go to bed remembering how your boss yelled at you during the day or how your spouse lost the keys to the car or how you failed the exam or how the dog pulled the roast off the table just before the company arrived. You go to bed remembering all the junk of this world, but you don't remember who you are and where you truly live. So that night you may sleep in the junk of the world instead of in the divine mansion that is your spiritual home. All because you forgot to remember you are Soul.

How do you or I know how long what is present will remain present? How do we know how conditions will change such that what was available is still available? Unless you have a crystal ball that I don't have, we don't know. This is the epitome of "time is of the essence" and the only time is now. Whatever you have been doing instead of moving onto the very next step to improve your situation is the very thing you need to stop doing. Do a check on whether you are caught up in the minutia and small stuff that would keep you from looking from the altitude that sees how things are working. This is taking care of yourself and others. This is conscious business. This is practical spirituality. Keep your eyes and ears open, watching and listening, being aware and choosing what is best in each and every moment. Change is constant. Be open, flexible, willing to be the change to whatever is serving now. In other words, wake up and do your best.

Treat each person as if he were the Master who walks with you and talks with you and blesses you by the very nature of his being with you.

John-Roger, DSS
When I look out into the world to find my reference points, before long I am projecting some kind of concern or worry about the future. When I look inside myself, check my own experience, and take a quick inventory of my blessings, life is good and I bask in gratitude.

John-Roger, DSS
Spirit is present in each step you take and each movement you make. If you bring your awareness to that each second, you are doing far more for yourself than you would do if you tried to look into the past for causes, reasons, and so on. And, of course, if any memory comes up, you can do any forgiveness that is needed, bring loving to the memory and yourself, and then get on with your life and with loving everything in your life.

Wisdom never uses threat or fear or doubt as its messengers but your awareness might, just to get your attention about what is not in your best interest. However, the negative power also liberally uses threat, fear and doubt to deceive. Choose wisely.

John Morton, DSS
All the things you think you should have done that you didn't do, and all the things you did that you think you shouldn't have done, accept them. You did (or didn't) do them. That's reality. That's what happened. There's no changing the past. You can struggle with the past or pretend it didn't happen, or you can accept it. We suggest the latter. A life of guilt, fear, and unconsciousness is, to say the least, not much fun. It also takes a lot of time and energy away from giving.
