Search the Loving Each Day Quotes

When you come from that center of Light, you expand your ability to love and to share with people, to reach out and touch them. You expand your ability to say in many ways, "Thank you for being here." Maybe you think you could not say that to anyone, that it would sound namby-pamby, but why ignore others when they really need a pat on the back and a verification that they are doing okay?

Why would it be a surprise when the conditions that would diminish or deny the loving need to be sacrificed or let go? The choices toward unconditional loving can require your strength and commitment even beyond what you have experienced before.

Spiritual exercises are an attunement with the loving quality, the pure loving that exists between you and God, and when you chant the sacred names of God, you more directly pull energy from Spirit to yourself.

The cure for ignorance is wisdom. When you see someone studying, they are demonstrating wisdom, because that's how you learn the subject matter. Someone once asked me, "How do I get more wisdom?" I answered, "In a word, practice! In two words, practice, practice. In three words, practice, practice, practice." I then said, "How many words do you need?" They said, "One, practice." That's how wisdom appears. If you want to learn anything, practice. Practice makes it automatic, so then your intelligence can come forward also. So not only do you know how to spell a word, you also know how to put it in the sentence correctly. That's wisdom. How do you get a lot of practice? Make a lot of mistakes. How do you make a lot of mistakes? Live your life in the fullest way you can with whatever situation you find yourself in and what you've got to deal with. Pretty soon you say, "Ah, I get it." That's also wisdom. It's also called insight.

The spiritual consciousness is already there. Doing spiritual exercises strengthens your awareness so that you may see Spirit through spiritual eyes.

Sometimes it is in the smallest areas that people need your Light and love the most. Sometimes that pat on the back and a quick, "It's really nice to see you," can do so much to awaken the consciousness of Light in others. They can suddenly stand up and face the day. That service of love may be returned to you at a later time, and it is nice to reap those rewards.

When you see the positive in all things, when you are of service to yourself and others, when you work always to lift yourself and others, you are living love.

Does the enthusiasm ever wane and weaken? Yes. True enthusiasm means that you are participating with an energy that comes from God. On this planet of limitations, if you don't continually reconnect to the source -- Spirit -- the energy can start to dissipate and possibly disappear. So it is important that you take time for yourself: for yourself, your Soul, which is part of the Divine. Take time to reconnect and reawaken so Spirit can once again manifest to the mind, the emotions, the body, and right out again, riding on that enthusiasm.

Be the love, the appreciation of the goodness in all, just like you truly are.
