Search the Loving Each Day Quotes

If we can get people to be self-motivating from a place of loving support and caring -- and not from the point of view of: I'll get mine before you can get yours -- we'll be halfway home. Motivation is so important. People tend to build their energy motivation primarily from food. If we could just transcend that and pull Spirit in to be used as energy, then we're dealing with a clean, refined and ecological energy source -- which happens to be the only true energy source, anyway.

If you choose to put the expression of loving into action, then that requires communication. Within the area of communication is acknowledging any broken promises. That gets to be more difficult for some people because their ego and emotions are involved. They think that if they admit they broke a promise, they are "bad," "wrong," or "not worthy"; therefore, they don't admit it. The thing is, whether they realize it or not, there is a knower within them that is totally aware that they broke an agreement. If you have any broken agreements, they are taking a great deal of your energy. Why waste your energy that way? It is much more effective for you to clean that up. Sometimes it's a simple, "Forgive me, but I promised to get this report to you by Monday, and I just won't be able to do it. Can we renegotiate?"

Maybe you are experiencing impatience now. "When is this book about health going to be over? I haven't read anything that I don't already know." Then why do you have health problems? It's because you know the information intellectually, as data, but you don't know it as the experience of living your life. That's the difference between information and experience. Information is of little use or value if you don't use it to bring forward the experience of transformation.

When you are dealing with any karmic pattern or situation, your time and focus are much better spent on loving everything in your current life and not trying to go back and figure out or change anything in the past that might be connected to the karmic situation.

Find the harmony. Life is as simple as breathing in and breathing out. Once you find the rhythm of that, you can follow it through. If you could gain just that discipline and hold it, you would start overcoming all of this physical world.

Take authority over yourself. Quit giving it away to memories, quit giving it away to childhood experiences, quit giving it away to interactions with parents or lovers or husbands or wives or whatever. Just quit giving it away. Those things all happened. Yes, they happened. So what? Here is today. This is the moment where you say, "Yes, those things were all part of my living." You see, the choice is constantly in the mind, and it's one of choosing intellectually rather than emotionally. You don't do it as an irrational process but as a rational thought process. And it's this: If you think negatively, negativity is what you get. If you think positively, positivity is what you get.

I would encourage all of us to stand in our willingness to be open and truthful as best we can, working through any issues that are born of fear and self doubt. Strive to find the strength of character that would allow the whole world to know anything and everything about you, and to keep what is sacred between you and God, regardless of what the world would offer you to divulge it.

If you are seeking for perfection in this world, it's never going to happen. The big joke is that it's perfect already the way it is, perhaps you don't like it that way.

We can assist a person out of their grief by curing them with joy. Joy isn't something where you say, "Okay, let's have joy," although that can work. It's more about accessing enough joy inside so that it starts trickling out. Joy bubbles up and can make the body move and transform, and that's extremely important. Some people can't handle joy. It's too electrifying and can keep them awake. It's like a sugar rush. You may miss someone who has departed, but you also have the joy that you knew them and were able to spend time with them. I have great joy for what my parents taught me and that they were my parents. I miss them but have no grief, because they taught me what they knew. I would have grief if I didn't use what they gave to me, but I use it.

Some people have asked me if there is a way to tune in to past lives and understand those experiences. Yes, there is, but why bother? This is the time God created and prepared for you, and if you live this life (in terms of living it, not just existing in it), the applicable past lives can become present in this one in such a way that negative blocks can be dispensed with automatically.
