People often come to me and say, "You know, two years ago you told me..." and I look at them and think, "So? You're not through that yet?" I tell them that there is no need for me to attempt clarification about what I said two years ago. If necessary, they can recall the information, bring it up to date, and make it work in this moment. But if they are still hanging on to an "answer" from two years ago, they are living in the past. They must bring it up to date, make it work right now, or forget about it.

When we speak of the highest good, we speak of the highest God form. We are not talking of the god of the stomach chakra or the god of the lower astral or the god of any lower level. We're talking about the God of all things.

Become highly selective and discerning about the thoughts that come into your mind. Observe your mind. Who is it that observes? You. You are not your mind, your emotions, or your body.

As you grow into your divine abundance, the abundance is self-perpetuating, and you can manifest even more. The Bible says, "Let your Light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father." (Matthew 5:16) This implies that you have a connection with the Divine, which is allowing the Light to shine through you as you. In that incredible blessed energy, you can function in abundance.

There are many examples from others who have encountered challenges from the world, from those in the world, be they family, friends, neighbors, or anyone else. People often bring our lessons and tests. We are called upon to determine what is true and best for ourselves. Within each of us is an inner master so we can have direct experience without need for others to interpret or express the god of opinion.

Jesus talked about the path to mastership in a very simple way, saying, "Seek ye the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you." (Luke 12:31) Living the steps of mastership will lead you to the kingdom of God.

I had learned that regardless of the outer situation, God is. I had learned that when I was aware of God, when I was aware of divinity being present, I was in touch with my Soul, which is the part of God individualized within me, within you, within each of us.

I would walk with that consciousness of loving, caring, and sharing for people. That doesn't mean that you have to wash every toilet in town, but it does mean that someone in need would feel your caring, and that if there is something you can do for them, you would do that. I would sacrifice a great deal of the attitude of "how about me," and "when do I get mine?" Because I know that is not the nature of the Soul.

As the human consciousness moves away from the negative creations of the magnetic light towards the positive creations of the spiritual Light, it comes closer and closer to God and the Soul, that individualized spark of God within. Some people let that Light shine through their expression more readily than others, and these are the ones who are happy, smiling, and nice to be around, the ones who can lift you just by being there.

Faith and belief are nice, but they are no substitute for the knowledge based on your own experience, which validates your beingness. So prove to yourself what the Traveler tells you or forget it. Putting a rain almanac on the wall and trying to squeeze rain out of it will never work, but some people take sacred scripture and try to squeeze Spirit out of it, and that doesn't work either. We get water and food by the direct experience, not by any type of vicarious fulfillment; we also get spiritual essence by direct experience. You will know what I'm saying only when you experience it. The words can appeal to the intellect and may keep your mind happy. The words may also be worthless to you until you can use them to transcend the mind and step into higher consciousness.
