Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.
The Soul is the essence of God. And God loves all of its creation and maintains and serves and gives to it. To know myself more as a Soul, I would immediately enter into those attributes -- loving, caring, and sharing.
The point is not to do away with the emotions and thoughts but to become master of them and use them, as necessary. Use them when they come in, and put them aside when you no longer need them. You can demonstrate your ability to assert and maintain dominion over your inner environment. This is the joy of being the master of the household.
You can move your whole consciousness forward by developing eleven key traits which define the path of mastership. The eleven key traits are: truth, sacrifice, faith, creativity, intelligence, will, devotion, discipline, service, love, and mastership.
You can exercise the consciousness of mastership in a most dynamic way by saying, "Father, Mother, God, I ask for the highest good of all concerned to be brought forward."
There is bound to be some form of testing as the truth of your experience is revealed in the Light that is knowing. Each person has direct responsibility to be aware of their experience and determine what is true. As the truth is revealed, you will also find direction that clearly guides your choices and becomes a way of living that is free from the forms of doubt that would mislead you. This is the truth that sets you free.
We've all done the wishful thinking, haven't we? And it didn't do too much. We've all done the day dreaming, and it didn't do too much. Now, when we say, it didn't do too much, there is the key. DO IT. The DO IT process. Inside of you is going to be the key.
The nature of the Soul is to serve. The Lord said, "To love your neighbor as yourself." To love the Soul of your neighbor, you love the Soul of yourself. Then you enter into service with your neighbors -- which could be laughing and talking with them.
You do not have to be concerned about yourself. All things are already being taken care of. The true self is moving you forward on your divine destiny. You do not have to look at your past actions.
Everything appears to have two sides to it. If we are like a "teeter-totter" in our lives, it may be that we are striving for balance. We desire many things in life; but as soon as we can maintain a balanced position where what can tear us down and what can build us up join together, we have the greatest defense in times of despair. So often we make our condition worse in our minds than it could ever be in reality. And we've often wondered, "Dear God, how am I going to get through this?" Through "this"? What is "this"? You're here, which does mean you placed far more importance on our "catastrophes" than they were worth.
If you have understanding, which is the cure for doubt, when doubt surfaces you can say, "I understand that I have doubt. That means there's something I don't know and that I am running assumptions about. I need more information." Let me remind you that everything that comes into your environment, internally or externally, you can use for your upliftment, learning, and growth.
