Expecting the world to be safe and secure is like expecting that the world will not change. All things in the world are temporary. When what you like is present, enjoy it. When it goes away, look for the love of God which is always present with you.

I decided I would go into a church and sit there until I got an answer. I was sitting in there, and I got the answer: God is good, and is in everything, and is everywhere. When God got through creating the earth, God looked at it and said, "It's good."

Everyone must be willing to sacrifice. Do you know what sacrifice means? The first part of the word "sacrifice" means holy. From that perspective, sacrifice no longer goes into suffering. Sacrifice goes into holiness, into peace, into calmness, and the real willingness to give to others. We will actually sacrifice our time and give it to others. That's service. We are here to serve each other.

It is natural for the Soul to incarnate onto the physical plane to gain experience, but it is the action of karma -- the creation and the releasing of karma -- that perpetuates the action of reembodiment. Many people have lived hundreds of lives on Earth and are still attempting to gain an understanding of karma so they can release themselves from the cycle of incarnation, realize the freedom of their Soul, transcend this realm, and know the higher realms. Through the teachings of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness, you can end the incarnation cycle.

In focusing on what you want, you will be further ahead if you stay balanced. Part of balance is to recognize that the abundance that comes forward is God's abundance. As such, it is a blessing for everyone. If you think the abundance is just for you as an individual person, then we're not talking about the same abundance. You may be talking about personal greed.

For you are the cause of all, and you are also the effect of all. But, you must know it -- that you are the cause, and you are the effect. For ye are gods, ye are creators in the making. So create wisely. We are held responsible for our creations.

Look deeply within for your experience of what is of deepest meaning and truth for you in this situation. Look for your living truth that is what you need to experience and express. Look for what aligns with your truth and what does not align. Be more willing to be true to yourself however that works for you. Be careful that you don't attempt to assign truth that is not yours to direct. It can look like feeling responsible for others or things and situations that are not your level of concern and not for you to direct nor express. The truth that is yours will be right here, right now, fully available and clear to express.

When Jesus said that one must be childlike to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, I think he was saying that a person must be loving and innocent and open -- which are qualities of children. Often when I look into children's eyes and into their consciousness, one of the first things I see there is trust.

Have you ever smelled perfume from a flower? That's similar to how the Spirit moves. That flower was really nearby in order for you to smell it. And if you turned toward that essence of perfume and started tracing it back, you came to the source it was coming from. But you must pursue it in order to get to the source. If the perfume seems to float interminably through the air, you have more of a job. You have to be more alert, more aware, more watchful than before. And it could be that you smelled it for so long, you've lost track that it's present. But someone new coming in will say, "That sure smells like roses," to once again refresh your mind of what you know. And that's what I'm here for: to once again refresh your mind of what you know. You already knew all this, and you didn't deal with it, and it's okay if you don't deal with it now. But my job is to tell you, and that's what I'm doing.

Indifference kills the spirit inside. Indifference is on the opposite side of love and hate. And although the spirit can't really be killed, I'm trying to get across to you the serious impact indifference can have on your health and well-being. When we place negativity on our expression deep inside of us, called restraint, fear, restlessness, and indecision, the result is indifference. What is the cure for indifference? Gentleness. The most powerful people on the planet are the most gentle because gentle people are strong, or they could not be gentle. Their egos are balanced, their thinking is balanced, they have a sureness about them, a natural confidence. They have been tried in the fires of negativity, and they have come out purified.
