The cure for indecision is steadfastness. Once you have made up your mind, you hold the focus until you are complete. It's not that you make up your mind foolishly; you may sit down and write all the pros and cons of your actions and take it apart, being your own devil's advocate to see if anything negative shows up. Anything you find out of balance, correct it. Then the indecision becomes steadfastness, and people may comment how strong you are. You become a leader, not because you want to be a leader but because you've developed the qualities of leadership.

It is a paradox that the Soul is all-powerful, the spark of the Divine within, and on the physical level it is the weakest part of our makeup -- until we find it. When we do find it, we can then learn to allow the Soul to lead us.

We sometimes think that shaking a fist (threateningly, with all the remembered transgressions) is the way to get something. A shaking fist tends to beget a shaking (or swinging) fist. To receive, for give. To get, for get. To give, for give and for get. The space in your consciousness (mind, body, emotions) that's remembering a grievance is locked into remembering hurt, pain, anger, betrayal, and disappointment. Who on earth wants to remember that? Let it go. For give it away. Then for get something new, better, and lighter in its place. Then you have something more valuable inside you from which to give.

Trust that whatever the conditions are in your life, they are in some way being served as Light actions. Be open for transformation through the grace of God.

Soul is the essence of who we are. I believe the mind, the emotions, the body, and the imagination are "coats" we acquire when we are born to this earth. They allow us to function here in this dimension. They allow us to be seen, to move about, to relate to one another, and to have substance here. So often in life we misidentify the man or woman for the coat he or she is wearing. We don't realize that the coat may be taken off and the essence remains. We think we must have the coat to be real. There is so much in our culture and our society to support this.

I found out that inside me, the true self was very strong, so strong that it didn't worry how far the false self went. It didn't even care. I thought, "What a schnook. I mean, it's so strong it knows that anytime it wants to, it can instantly overtake the false self." Then I wondered how it would do this, and the more I thought about it, the funnier it got. I found myself just laughing, having myself a great time, and right there was one of the answers: it overcomes it through humor. That was one of the biggest keys. Then joy came in on top of it, and all of a sudden, I started getting this buoyancy inside me, and I thought that my insides were going to burst and that I'd be all over the whole town with this joy.

Devotion is to who you really are, your Soul, and your devotion to doing spiritual exercises is the expression of the heartfelt yearning for greater awareness.

There are friends, at least One for sure, who will minister to you right where you are. So be open to share what's going on with you, rather than keeping things to yourself as some kind of dark secret that God does not already know and love regardless.
