Search the Loving Each Day Quotes

Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.

When we were born out of Spirit, we were born as a whole, complete Soul, and the Soul is perfect and made in the image of God. If the Soul is complete, whole, and perfect, why does it choose to incarnate? Because it is inexperienced. By coming into a physical body, it is gaining the experience of this level of God's creation.

There is an old Sufi teaching that when a stranger or friend spreads negative or harmful rumors about you, you don't reply. You save the energy you would have expended in defending your name and allow your spiritual energy to increase. When you win an argument, it means that someone else lost. If you are loving that person, you are then part of the loss. If you are not loving that person, you have lost in the bigger picture.

Our subconscious mind communicates with us in picture form. Those things that you want in your life, picture them for your subconscious mind to look at. Make that picture as exact as you possibly can. Remember to always ask that only those things that are for your highest good be brought forward. Picture the organs of your body that have been disturbing you as perfect. If you've been having trouble with the lower back or a kidney, tell that organ now that it is perfect and perfectly functioning, because that's the way it is designed to be.

As co-creators with God, we are learning to attune and make choices that are aligned and in harmony with God's will. Remember to be patient and compassionate with yourself as you meet up with the challenges in the world.

The willingness to do gives you the ability to do. Do you understand that? It's the key for this dispensation of the next 2,000 years. Here it is again: The willingness to do gives the ability to do.

Some of the more sophisticated types of guided missiles are designed to shoot other missiles out of the air. A missile such as this has within it a mechanism that tells it when it is off course. The mechanism doesn't necessarily tell it when it is on course; the missile is just firing and going. When it gets a little off one way or another, however, a built-in feedback mechanism says, "Move a little to the right." It's called negative feedback. The feedback continues until the missile is on target again. When it is on target and close to impact, the part that was keeping it on target shuts off, and other systems are activated as it readies for impact. The guidance system that we have to keep us on the spiritual path while in the physical body is very similar to the mechanism I have just described, and the concept of negative feedback is quite familiar. The only requirement is that you become aware enough to recognize the negative feedback for what it is and start moving your consciousness to correct your course.

The person who understands you the most, who cares for you the most, who can do the most for you -- is you.

Do yourself a big favor and don't look for perfection here. If I could say, "God, grant them one wish," it would be, "Grant them that they will make the best use that they can muster of what comes their way. And then go on."

John-Roger, DSS
You see there is no one definitive answer of what service is. It's really relative to the situation. It is so circumstantial. The one thing we know about it is that being of service is really the doing of service.

The spiritual consciousness is not one of worry, doubt, fear or looking upon anything or anyone with negativity. Keep focusing on the good and whatever opportunities are present and available to make things better. Everyone in the world is tested in our resolve to be true to our spiritual nature. You can consciously determine how you want to direct your attitude and the choices that are uplifting as well as teaching you what you need to learn. All conditions contribute to your growth.
