All I have is God's perfection which is always to trust that every single condition has eternally served as a stepping stone, an opportunity to find our faith, to let go, to do the best we can, to keep going, to uplift, to serve, to see the good, to do the good, to find the Lord is always with us, to find the inspiration of what the Lord as Jesus and every anointed servant of God has known and demonstrated through their humanity, their willingness to go through it with the Light and Love that is God's Will. We are friends. We will go through this with grace and ease that is His will and way.

Soul is another way of saying "I am." It is the highest level of consciousness available on the physical level. The Soul is intelligence: it just knows. In Hinduism it is called the Atman, a Sanskrit term meaning your essence, who you are. When you get to Soul, you can bring the Soul knowledge into the physical, and you can correct the things in your life that need correction. You can make your life wonderful, beautiful, and joyous. You can learn how to manage on all the levels from Soul on down, moment by moment, decision by decision, knowing that consequences of your past actions will sometimes challenge you and that they can be experienced, handled, and released as they arise. It is possible to live your life in Soul consciousness right now in health, wealth, and happiness.

Loving is the most natural way to heal yourself. That means no unreasonable demands or expectations on yourself, and putting your health and well-being into the Light for the highest good. If you get just this, you are on the way to healing and balancing yourself.

When you place a goal out there in the world, you must perform according to the legend of success. And who is going to determine that for you? Everybody out there in the world will determine it. Yet your very success may be that you give up the goal and don't do it. Some people will "hit you in the head" for that thought. But, often, my best successes have been when I said, "I can't handle that," and I let it go. Then I was brought immediately to the very thing that I was to do, and it was better than I ever could have wished for.

Your job is to awaken to the levels inside you that are asleep, to awaken to the consciousness of love, Light, and Sound.

Change can never be imposed on you from the outside; change takes place inside first and then manifests on the outer levels.

John-Roger has told us that, "energy follows thought." Thoughts persisted in become formations. Thought formations can be shaped and designed to attract in what we can behold, what we can handle, in perfect order, in perfect timing, always and in all ways. When placed in God's grace the possibilities become limitless.

All that you want to be, you already are. All you have to do is move your awareness there and recognize the reality of your own Soul.

In the astral realm, there are so many unanswered prayers, and it would stagger you to see the junk that is there. If someone has prayed for a refrigerator and they stopped short of getting it, it is still there. The same with cars, hospitals, fundraising events, marriages, "Soul mates," what have you -- it is really junky up there. If you did not get it, you have to clean up your creation because, as Jesus said, "Ye are gods" (John 10:34), and a god is responsible for its creation. To clean it up, you have to consciously "cancel the order" and stop putting energy into it. "But," you might ask, "what about all those things I asked for before I knew how this works?" If you do not remember them, you can ask God that they be released and returned to the nothingness from which they came. You can also do free-form writing to get them out. And if you are working with the Mystical Traveler, much of this can be cleared in the sleep state and through grace.

Manifest love in all you do. When you work, work in love. When you dance, dance in love. When you touch somebody, touch in love. And when you speak, speak with love. For love is the sound of the Soul.
