John-Roger has told us that, "energy follows thought." Thoughts persisted in become formations. Thought formations can be shaped and designed to attract in what we can behold, what we can handle, in perfect order, in perfect timing, always and in all ways. When placed in God's grace the possibilities become limitless.

All that you want to be, you already are. All you have to do is move your awareness there and recognize the reality of your own Soul.

In the astral realm, there are so many unanswered prayers, and it would stagger you to see the junk that is there. If someone has prayed for a refrigerator and they stopped short of getting it, it is still there. The same with cars, hospitals, fundraising events, marriages, "Soul mates," what have you -- it is really junky up there. If you did not get it, you have to clean up your creation because, as Jesus said, "Ye are gods" (John 10:34), and a god is responsible for its creation. To clean it up, you have to consciously "cancel the order" and stop putting energy into it. "But," you might ask, "what about all those things I asked for before I knew how this works?" If you do not remember them, you can ask God that they be released and returned to the nothingness from which they came. You can also do free-form writing to get them out. And if you are working with the Mystical Traveler, much of this can be cleared in the sleep state and through grace.

Manifest love in all you do. When you work, work in love. When you dance, dance in love. When you touch somebody, touch in love. And when you speak, speak with love. For love is the sound of the Soul.

My wish is that this book will be a catalyst and an inspiration for you to put together your own program towards greater health and well-being for the rest of your life. A suggestion -- and you could take this as a personal challenge -- is that you make one small, significant, meaningful step towards your health and well-being that can be sustained and maintained for the rest of your life. That small step applied consistently can make a world of difference to you.

We've all been through many existences, mostly in a dreamlike state unaware of that slumber until we are awakened by the spiritual kiss of the Beloved that awakens us to who we really are. And then we ride off, we might say, with the hero, the Prince Charming, the Spiritual One into the great castle of the Soul. And we reside there forever. It's not just a fairy tale; it is a great truth and reality. We are awakened to forever walk arm and arm with the Beloved.

Difficulty can occur if we carry a negative attitude towards what we are experiencing. Consider that whenever you are involved with someone or something that you find loveless, unlovable, or where love would not go, that is only because you perceive that way, not because it is true. You can change your perceptions. In actuality, such a person or situation needs loving more than ever. Be heroic in your loving, knowing God is already completely loving and is waiting for you to join in.

When you are in the levels below Soul, primarily you are aware that you see the Light, and it is beautiful. When you reach the Soul realm, you are part of the Light. You are impressed with the Light, which is actually the Sound Current, the audible Sound of God, which exists on all levels and can also be seen as various colors. In the Bible, the rod and staff are symbols of the Sound (the rod of power) and the Light (the staff that sustains all things).

Be true to your inner guidance, which is your loving speaking to you and leading you. But never follow blindly the guidance you receive. Check it out. That way you learn to trust yourself.

All that the spiritual force has asked of the human form is to love unconditionally, to love each other as you'd love yourself, to love God with all your heart, your mind, your Soul, and, if you don't know where God is, to love your neighbor.
