In the Soul realm, there is a flutelike sound (it could sound like the flute you hear in an orchestra, a reed flute, or a piccolo), but it is not an ordinary flute. When that sound starts through your levels of consciousness, you are actually eating of spiritual food, the manna that comes from heaven. Once you hear this tone, you will never forget it. It is a haunting, almost drawing-to-you sound. It is not tugging because you will have no resistance; you will go to it. That is the sound referred to in the Bible: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" (John 1:1).

Awaken to the very Light that you already are. Instead of trying to set up your kingdom in God's kingdom and trying to overthrow God, become aware that God is already present. That awareness is a process of letting God do it. Then when you say, "Let go and let God," you'll find out that God has been doing it all anyway, even when you weren't letting go.

Appreciate the gifts you have been given and the gifts you have to share. Be grateful for who you are.

You are all you will ever be. You are divine. You are perfection. All you have to do is awaken to that and then know it.

When you share in the silence with someone, you can just be together, saying nothing, and yet be communicating on a higher level. This is when we say the silence was golden, for indeed it does have a golden quality.

To look for God is to look to the loving, consider the loving, and find your loving and the loving of all. When you take exception and say something is not worthy of loving, you are saying that it is not of God. The willingness to look for the love, to focus on the loving, is the greatest key I know to discovering who God is.

Relax. Don't grab. Grabbing is tension. You can't truly possess or hold onto anything anyway. All you can do is utilize what's in front of you. If you try to possess, you lose. You can't even possess your own body. But if you love yourself, if you love the Soul within, you have access to all things. When you realize that God has produced all things for your upliftment, learning, and growth, you start relaxing automatically.

The Traveler is a form that you cannot restrict. It's totally free and totally of the moment. Because it is free and of the moment, it creates health, wealth and happiness in the physical world. The Mystical Traveler is that and needs nothing more than what it is. The Traveler shares all that with you, freely, from Spirit. The Traveler gives to you the keys to unlock your own health, wealth and happiness. You must receive the keys each moment, for they are different each moment.

It takes extra courage to be forgiving when someone has done something especially hurtful. But forgiveness does not mean that you excuse or condone bad behavior. It is simply a way to lay down the burden of judgment and hurt you are carrying so that you can move on. When you're angry, you're the one who suffers.
