The evidence is that you are here now. This is a place where the Beloved can live and reign as you. So seize this moment, that you do now choose the Light again, that your life tells the story of loving no matter what has preceded.

John Morton, DSS
We cannot have and enjoy integrity and success on a larger scale unless we live that integrity in our personal lives. As you practice the discipline of integrity -- and it does take discipline -- on the personal, smaller-scale levels, you can develop the habit and apply it in all areas of your life.

Years ago, some psychologists did an experiment where subjects wore glasses that reversed the vision from the right eye to the left eye and then upside down. So if a person tried to go right, according to what he saw, he would really have to go left. And if he saw something that he would normally have to reach down to get, he would have to reach up. Needless to say, the subjects were having a very hard time. As I watched this experiment, I said to myself, this is what it's like to be spiritual. This is why, when you go on a spiritual path, some people think you are crazy, no good, or even corrupt. But it is all cultural. If you were on a spiritual path in India, for example, there would be temples or ashrams into which you would fit just fine.

John-Roger, DSS
Send the Light to your family, those you love, your community, and the world. Send Light to difficult situations. Ask Spirit to assist you in everything you do. Make the Light and God your partners.

John-Roger, DSS
We can live without blaming others. We can allow them to express their own uniqueness. We don't need to insist that they change; insisting that others change is a form of fighting. In truth, every one of our relationships resides inside us. Relationships are not "out there;" they are a reflection of what's going on in our own minds and hearts. The demands we project onto others are often demands we are making of ourselves. No wonder most of us are tense -- we're carrying the weight of all our expectations, projected onto others.

We say, "Hitch your wagon to a star," but make that star high in the heavens. When you get that high, you can see all the others, and you can see correctly where things are. You can see what the world is. You can see the delusions of mankind and the inhumanities that we perpetrate against the physical form, attempting to control it. But behind the prison bars of the body, the emotions, and the mind stands the freedom of the consciousness that is pure.

Do something good just because you can.

If someone comes to you in anger, respond in calmness; it restores the balance within you.If you feel resistance, manifest the opposite, acceptance; this, too, restores the balance.

John-Roger, DSS
Thinking is not a natural process of the human consciousness. You may say, "Sure it is; everybody thinks." But very few people actually think. Most people react and then pass that off as thinking. Thinking is the cause of things. Reaction is the effect. Most people think about 10 percent of the time and react the other 90 percent, and for the most part, people are reacting either to their previous reaction or someone else's reaction. The inadequate use of the intellect by the human race after all the centuries of negative creation is something to behold. People still do not know that the mind has been placed with the physical body to help the Soul discern what is going on in the physical realm. The mind has to be a master dynamo to fulfill that function, and it is. As a creator, you have a challenge ahead of you: to create responsibly.

John-Roger, DSS
It's not just that two or more are gathered "in my name." But can you imagine when the energy of being "in my name" moves into the focus of being loving? God can't stay away. You'll just pull the spirit of loving into the room through you.

John-Roger, DSS
