Here are three ways to search through the history of over 5,000 Loving Each Day quotes by John-Roger and John Morton.
One of the wonderful things about having adversity, difficulties, and challenges is that they will often show you a deeper love, a deeper strength, something that you did not know existed until whatever it took to overcome those challenges showed you what you did not know about yourself and what you were seeking. You have within you what it takes to triumph. Knowing you will triumph is a blessing.
Choose your choice and focus on what you want. You decide where to put your consciousness. Some people make choices and then wait for them to happen, wait for "manna to fall from the heavens." Well, there have been great spiritual beings who could precipitate things from the heavens. Jesus, through divine forces, may have fed the multitudes with loaves of bread and fish, and Moses may have tapped into the divine forces by manifesting things on the physical level. For "ordinary" mortals, however, it is important to consciously choose our choices by doing supportive, practical things that work. Yes, you actually do have divine energy within you. Even so, there are things to be done on this physical level, using your mind, body, and Soul. I once heard a saying: "Pray to God, but continue to row to shore."
You are on all levels of Light. Right now, in this moment, you are already there. To be consciously aware of any or all of these levels, you need only expand the consciousness to encompass them. The way to expand the consciousness instantly is to move directly into the Soul, which has all vision, all knowledge.
If you would know your Soul, practice being in service to the higher Spirit.
To avoid playing the victim or blaming others, we need to keep our relationships up to date and present. That means making sure not to base our behavior on what happened last night or last week or last month -- or twenty years ago. When you let go inside, you can be present here and now with the one relationship over which you do have control -- your relationship with yourself.
You can become free in this Soul that cannot be grasped, that cannot be contained, for it is the very breath with which you breathe. You can't continue to expel your breath, nor can you hold it and make it stay, for it does what it wants to do, according to its own timing. If you get in the timing of that which is always present, and you flow with it in the naturalness of love, the physical disturbances fall away, and you are free.
Jesus said, "I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you" (John 15:15). As we come into the consciousness that is anointed of the Spirit, we love one another as friends.
The true self, the Soul, enters the physical realm in order to know itself. Essentially, it is gaining experience. The Soul is pure and complete and a part of God, at the same time that it is on a journey of transcendence, to become one with God and experience its own fullness. The Soul's experiences here on Earth are its springboard to God's higher nature.
You are the Light. You are divine. You are in a state of becoming aware of what you already are. In your spiritual quest, look for love in all things.
It's one thing to be of service as a reward mechanism. "I'm of service, see, look at me, I'm of service." That's a reward mechanism. It's another thing to be of service as a loving action that comes from the heart. The Father-Mother God comes forward in you and actually starts to perform the action of your work and service through your being. You find it effortless. You experience it going better than you ever expected. And you find it ending sooner than you anticipated.
