Those who are traveling the spiritual path as taught by the Mystical Traveler, through the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness, are going into Soul, into what is greater and higher, what is more dignified, more ethical. The higher people go in the spiritual flow, the more ethical they become in their relationships with themselves and with others. Integrity results and integration is so fulfilling.

The process of now is the process of Spirit, the process of Soul.

So let us allow ourselves to be more open to the blessings of caring and sharing so that we demonstrate that we are friends. For me, that entails being more willing to extend myself, to look at people in the eyes, to be willing to touch people like I would a friend or somebody I appreciate and love, that they are somebody I would take in my arms and care for. There is a caring exchanged between friends, those who are related in the heart where we live in truth.

Your experiences are necessary for your growth. The experiences of your spouse, your boss, your employees, your family -- everyone are necessary for their growth. You can tell them what worked for you, but if they do not follow that, do not berate them. Let them do it their way because they will anyway; just recognize that they have that right.

The Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness teaches the awakening in love. As you begin your inner journey, you will be filled with joy and the glorious feeling of love.

There is only one Soul, and that is God. There is only one love, and that is God. There is only one intellect, and that is God. There is only one, which is God. We are manifestations of God, on whatever level we choose to express. The presence of God is inside of you, manifesting anew every moment. It is not your emotions, your mind, or your physical body, it is Spirit -- expressing through those levels, but always more than that. You sit right on the edge of Soul awareness. It's so close. It's there each moment. Each moment gives you new opportunity to discover that awareness.

Love yourself for being "hard-headed." Love yourself for not being able to play a guitar and sing and write music. Love yourself for being a "good-for-nothing." You are such a lovely one. Love yourself, even when you don't know what's going on. Even when you don't feel like loving, love the feeling of not feeling loving.

We cannot overlook karmic things if we are going to start Soul traveling and holding the Light the way we want to. We need to get the things out, and I can tell you from my own experience that often they are not nice. Sometimes when I have been working through karma, all I had were tears and a prayer: "Father, if you could, please take this away." I also knew that if I had enough endurance and loving, either it would end or, if it stayed, I would eventually outlast it.

Charge yourself with Spirit. Infuse yourself with Spirit. Live Spirit's way. That is the way that goes through the Sound of God, the name of God, the word of God. It is openly offered to you. It is freely given. Are you freely choosing? As you freely choose yourself into the grace of God, calling upon the name of God morning, noon, and night, and every time in between, then you infuse yourself with God. You become one with God.

The greatest value of integrity can be when you decide that everything you do will be your personal expression of individual integrity. Imagine having inner freedom sexually, physically, emotionally, mentally, and financially. This is freedom in the sense that none of those things runs you because you determine your expression in these areas within the guidelines of not hurting yourself and not hurting others. It is freedom to express in any and all of those areas, but whether you do or not is your choice, not "theirs."
