Worship doesn't have to be something really specific, like what you see or hear or sense. It can just be the realization that you are loved and nurtured, that you are taken care of and protected, a chance to resource and to regenerate in the Divine presence.

My Beloved, it is just a while longer that you are here. Can you not endure all things to find the Kingdom of Heaven?

You can separate from someone physically and still know, and even say, "I love you, although our time together is not constructive for me." That's a far better communication than blaming the other person for a separation.

Spirit is not somber and still. It is free and spontaneous. Don't be afraid of the best part of you. Let the you that you like the best shine out in the world. Delight in it. When you are happy, when you are laughing, when you are loving, the radiance of your Soul shines through, and all are lifted by it.

What you can always count on is that when you get into the Spirit and have the experience of who you are, then you get to know what God knows, which is, "You are the Beloved in whom I am well pleased."

Step beyond your inhibitions, your fears of being judged, your illusions of sophistication, and let yourself play in the fields of Spirit and Soul.

Living life is like looking in a mirror. What is reflected back to us, by way of other people, is the state of our being, our consciousness. If we are angry, we may think that person over there is pretty angry. If we're full of doubt, then we may think that the other person is full of doubt. The big secret is that beyond the mirror is the land of Soul.
