Sending the Light -- to yourself, to another, or to a situation -- can be done anywhere, at any time. It takes only a second (literally). The next time you're put on hold, don't just hold your temper; send the Light.

At the moment of communion with your own being, your consciousness automatically expands. An analogy is that when you breathe out, breathing in is automatic. That's the process of life. So you don't try to expand your consciousness. You can't do it by trying. You expand your consciousness by making yourself available to Spirit, to the Beloved, by your willingness to be open and present within that total loving presence of God.

If you feel as though you cannot really forgive something or someone, place it into the Light and ask the Christ to help you let go. You will know when you have truly forgiven when you also forget what it was you were judging in the first place. You are on to other things, and that situation or person is no longer taking up energy inside of you.

Sometimes when a new mother or father looks at their baby, they experience their Souls awakening, stirring. Their Souls see something precious in their child that is not quite of this earth. Their Souls glimpse eternity in that baby and respond with joy.

Listen to the heart, which will tell you truly where you live. When you turn to the heart, which the Light has filled to overflowing, you know the joy of the world.

There is something truly wonderful that goes on when you worship. You are placing yourself before the one that you would most want to be with and see and know and hear and touch, to come into that presence and move in consciousness beyond the world.

Prosperity is for you. Make a choice to choose it, to focus on it, and to decide that not only do you deserve it, but you're going to go for it and get it.

Whatever you do, the Mystical Traveler loves you completely and unconditionally. There is nothing that the Traveler would not do to assist and lift you.

Light is a concept that permeates all religions, most philosophies, and several sciences (quantum physics is based upon it). Stated simply, light is the energy that permeates all things. In the spiritual context, we refer to it as "the Light.") This Light responds to human thought and, more importantly, the intention of the heart. One of the greatest gifts we can give is to "send the Light." We can send Light, either to ourselves or to others, by saying or thinking, "I ask that the Light be sent to (person's name) for their highest good and the highest good of all concerned." That's all there is to it. That's sending the Light. We add "for the highest good of all concerned" to keep our personal wants and desires (what we think is best) out of the situation. (As inconceivable as it may seem to our ego, we may not always know what's best for all people in all situations.) We send the Light "for the highest good of all concerned" so that in case our thoughts on how something should be happen to be slightly inaccurate, the highest good will nonetheless take place. Sending Light for the highest good of all concerned allows us to relax. We can trust that whatever happens after sending the Light for the highest good of all concerned is for the highest good of all concerned. We need not feverishly manipulate the outcome to be whatever we think best.
