Gratitude is a powerful antidote to negativity. When you are feeling up against it, the simple approach of counting your blessings can help you. This is a way of focusing on the good things in your life even while you are aware of the challenges you are facing and taking steps to handle them.

To love God with your body, mind, and Soul means being in service to that which is the loving.

John-Roger, DSS
Some people experience pain or negativity and pray for things to get better. I am not denigrating prayer, but I do know that the answer to any of your prayers is already inside of you, in that place within that gives you the energy to get up every morning. It is called your Soul. The energy of the Soul can often be felt as a sense of well-being, contentment, joy, and peace. It's not inactivity, but is directed action and aliveness. You are experiencing the energy of your Soul when you communicate to and from that place that is good-natured and free of irritation.

Everything that exists is part of God. Everything has life and movement. In some parts of God there is more realization of that Godself than in other parts. A cat has more awareness than a rock; a man, more than a cat. But when perceived through advanced scientific instruments, even those things that appear to be inanimate are seen to be made up of particles in motion. Sometimes a "sense" that you cannot readily perceive with the physical senses, you label as "no sense" or nonsense. And you dismiss it as not worth paying attention to. Much of your responsibility on this physical planet is to listen to what is being said to you, pay attention to who says it, and then work the information you have been given. If it works for you, use it. Make it part of your approach to life. If it doesn't work for you, let it go, or put it aside until later when it might be more useable to you. When you hear something that appears to you to be nonsense, you don't have to label it nonsense or bad or evil or anything like that. You simply see that it isn't relevant to your position at this time. And you keep yourself open to the possibility that the person who gave you that information might be seeing life from a perspective very different from yours. It doesn't have to be categorized as normal or abnormal, average or strange or anything else.

Understand your abundance, your wealth of consciousness. Behold yourself and everything as precious of God, as the blessings of God, and give thanks.

John Morton, DSS
I knew that the high realms of Light and the consciousness of Soul were my heritage. I knew I was a child of God and heir to the kingdom. Through what I call the audible Light stream that extends beyond expression into the heart of God, I experienced the divinity that is the spiritual heritage of all mankind. For we are all heirs to God's divinity. We are each made in God's image. No one is separate from this. The Light and Sound come to us through our consciousness of God. And each one of us chooses whether or not to follow a spiritual path.

John-Roger, DSS
MSIA teaches you to tune in to what is already inside you, what is already there. MSIA works to show you how to do for yourself what you already know how to do but have forgotten. It isn't so much bringing a lot of great talents and abilities to you; it's more just getting rid of all the things that block you from them. It's just a matter of being where you are and who you are -- honestly, openly, purely.

John-Roger, DSS
You are manifesting grace when, whatever you experience, you use it for your upliftment. It will certainly be easier on you if you look at your life that way. You can go through life laughing or crying. If you have a choice -- and you do -- make it laughing.

We get in touch with our spiritual self, and we love God and our fellow man, and we serve them and love them so that they know there is love in this world.

John-Roger, DSS
As you exercise freedom, you learn to be responsible for what you create and thus are educated by your own experience.
