It is important to reach within you to the source of knowledge and strength and to know for yourself what is right to do. On those higher inner levels, you cannot be deceived.

People around you start to be very thankful that they know you. Oh, there's going to be some who will try to degrade you because they don't yet know the integrity of their own life. They think degrading and blaming cures anything. Curing happens when you take responsibility for something and get it done. If blaming really solved anything, we'd all be off the planet.

It can help a marriage if husbands and wives share their thinking with each other. If you think your spouse won't understand, give them a chance to misunderstand before you judge. You may find out that your spouse not only understands, but they can add ideas you never even thought of. Give credit where credit is due.

As part of my own integrity, I decided a long time ago I would not do anything that I did not like to do. Not that I would always feel good; it was a deeper commitment than that. I became aware that there was something that would move inside of me to the heartfelt response of integrity.

No matter what attitude we form in relationship to the polarities we find in the world, we are still called upon to make choices. In each moment, we are always making a choice to be more loving or more unloving. The source of loving is inexhaustible. There is no way we can ever exhaust the opportunity to be more loving.

Your suffering has always been based upon your weakness, so if you suffer your weakness enough, you're going to start getting strong in it.
