If you stay focused in the now, you can have tremendous joy and great fun wherever you find yourself. It's all your attitude, and your attitude is your choice. So if you're down, do whatever is necessary to change depression and discouragement to the positive energy of fun and laughter. Go to a funny movie. Go out with some friends and have a good time. Tell yourself jokes. Tickle yourself. Sing. Chant. Start laughing. In MSIA we do have a lot of fun. If someone wants to join us, that's fine. If they don't, that's fine, too. We just continue having a great time, and if I'm not having fun, you probably won't find me doing it.

In order to learn more and to gain more awareness, I began a daily practice of what I called spiritual exercises. Much like an athlete who develops his physical strength and ability through daily training and practice, I sought to develop my ability to travel nonphysical dimensions by daily attention and practice. I will share with you a little of what I experienced, not all of which happened right away or at any one time. I have continued this daily practice of spiritual exercises -- of traveling into spiritual dimensions -- for many, many years now. The experiences are never exactly the same, though they are often similar. Many of the "places" are quite familiar to me now, and there are always new places to be discovered and explored. My experience indicates to me that the dimensions of God's universe are infinitely vast. Certainly, I have never found an end, if there even is one.

The truths are all universal. "Seek first the Kingdom of God" is the most profound message I can utter to you.

God is not here to do something so you will like it. God is here to bring you what is true, your authority. You came here to be more conscious, to know that you have what it takes to find the answers inside: the divine presence, your true nature. You are in the correct place to become you. If you are looking for something here to do it for you, you will be disappointed. If you are willing to trust yourself and not allow someone outside of you to determine your life, then you are in the right place.

The spiritual person is "on call" twenty-four hours a day, "eight" days a week -- on call when necessary, and sometimes on call even when not necessary. If nobody calls, that's fine. But the spiritual person is there if needed. Sometimes it's important to call if you need something, to communicate physically and verbally with people. When more communication is the only way to resolve something, the spiritual person is there to hold the Light and help you through the "rough spots."

God continually breathes toward you the wind that blows from heaven. As you open yourself to let it in, you'll find that you can't hold on to it, you can't possess it. You must let go and allow that wind to lift you until you manifest your true self, the beingness of your Soul. Then you will know yourself as divine, as the promised one, as the Beloved for whom you have searched. And you will be awakened to the Soul and will know the presence of God in your heart.

Some people have dropped their spiritual connection because of financial concerns, but they didn't have to because finances shouldn't stop you from reaching Spirit and God. And that certainly wouldn't stop me from working with you.

We have only one obligation on this level and that is to be spiritual. And in that spiritual consciousness, we have only one obligation and that is to reach into that which is God. And when we have reached into God, we have only one obligation and that is to reach to all of God's creation and bring it back into itself.

The great life takes in God's love completely and gives completely in return, and the experience is one and the same. In God's love, we are all one.

When you express loving towards one another, this holds you more in the consciousness of grace, and in that consciousness of grace, all things are made new. Then each person resurrects to the consciousness of God and becomes the Beloved and walks with the consciousness of the Traveler right into the Heart of Hearts, right into God.
