Take that next breath as if you really were -- and you really are -- breathing in the essence of Spirit. Use that Spirit and that energy to sustain you in your life pattern. Use it to lift into the true self that you know is really you and into the consciousness of your own Soul and the awareness of the supreme God.

When you come up against something within yourself that's difficult for you to handle or deal with, handle it as though it were your next big test before you break into God consciousness. Instead of cursing it and hating it and fearing it, stand up to it and bless it and move into it so enthusiastically that you cannot be denied the completion of it. Embrace it and love it. You will find that no experience stands against you; all can be turned to your advantage.

As an initiate of the Traveler progressing through the various levels of initiation, you become more and more powerful as you become more and more closely attuned to the Light and the Sound and the source within you that is God. Your very thoughts become prayers. And one of the most profound prayers you can whisper within the depth of your being is, "Father, Thy will be done." Then let go and let God work with you. When you utter that prayer in total sincerity and integrity, you bring yourself into alignment with Spirit and the plan God has for you in this life and for all eternity.

The more I practiced my spiritual exercises, the more my life here on the physical plane began to change. It began to reflect some of the experiences I was having during my travels. I was becoming more peaceful, even in the physical world, even on the job, even with friends and family. I saw everyday occurrences in a vastly different light, so to speak. Things that would have previously seemed random to me or without much meaning took on a new significance. I began to see how so many of my daily experiences -- though they did not seem like much at the time -- were designed to teach me valuable lessons. They were designed as opportunities for me to learn and grow. I began to experience more of what living life in the zone could be.

If we are judging our wealth, it is important to let go of our judgments. With finances, it is particularly important not to judge that we do not have enough. We do have enough. In fact, we have plenty and more than we need. If we judge our finances as not enough, we may then be shown by the world the reflection of our judgment. We may then experience even less in order to help us realize the blessings of our true infinite wealth.

You can compete or cooperate, stuff or flow, withdraw or nurture, withhold or share, ignore or care. On the other side of your emotional needs is the essence of love -- not as a piece of candy that someone out there can give and take away, but as you, which no individual can take away. You become the gift and the giver.

What determines whether you are more or less spiritually aware is your own individual ability to tune in to Spirit. The responsibility always comes back to you as an individual.

When loving is unconditional, it is not dependent on how others behave. We will continue to love someone regardless of what they do or say. We may not condone their behavior, and we may choose not to be with them, but our love for them is not conditioned in any way. Unconditional love is like that of a mother for her child. No matter what the child does -- poops, cries, poops again -- the mother's loving remains constant, a consistent and nonjudging presence.

The emotions were set up within this lower world as a means for you to sample the awareness of God's body, to gain communion with the universal worlds inside of you, and to become a responsible creator, a co-creator with the higher forms of positive energy.

When we do the Father's work, we do everything perfectly.
