We have chosen the incarnation pattern for this particular physical life through a process of inner heavenly counseling with the members of the karmic board. We have set up certain paths that we will follow. When we have fulfilled and dispensed with the karma that we have agreed to complete this time, we then are living in the free; we are not necessarily going to "die" and transcend the body.

As you use your intelligence to perceive more clearly and begin to decide what you will do to increase your awareness and further your progression, you may begin to assert your will by saying, "I will do this. I will do that." Your challenge is to make your will useful to you, not to let it stand in your way.

We are learning a great deal from all of our life experiences including how best to take care of ourselves so we can take care of another, and others. We are learning how to stay in our integrity and say what we mean and mean what we say. Our true self is not beholden to our thoughts or feelings nor anyone else's thoughts or feelings.

You reach into Spirit by building the strength of Spirit through spiritual exercises. And the only way you can have the experience, the transcendental knowledge, is to have a spiritual transport that can move you from this physical level into the spiritual realms. This spiritual transport has three parts: the first is love, the second is devotion, and the third is the Mystical Traveler.

Become highly selective and discerning about the thoughts that come into your mind. Observe your mind. Who is it that observes? You. You are not your mind, your emotions, or your body.

Spirit is the force that gives you your life, energy, and power. It's that spark of the divine that is the source of your "godness" or goodness.

The most difficult thing about being a Spiritual Warrior is confronting yourself. It is in those moments when you are free from the distractions of the physical world that you have the greatest chance for upliftment.

The word "Darshan" refers to seeing and beholding the Holy Presence. It refers to looking within to receive the presence of the master. So Darshan is an intention in a process of worship. It doesn't necessarily have to do with what or who is present physically as much as it is your intention to see the divine.

Do not judge yourself or put yourself down. Just go through the experience, get out the other side as rapidly as possible, and move on. Do not look back; it does not help. Do not burden yourself with guilt and remorse that you may need to handle later. Just let it go. Even though we all have karma, we can keep our own house in order, taking care of things immediately as they appear on the scene.

Where do you go to find God? Go wherever God is.
