You can be in a state of constant prayer for the upliftment of everyone, full of love for the essence of each one's beingness. Then, wherever you go, people will thank God that you're there.

Energy follows thought, and that energy will always go towards completion. So it's wise to always move towards completion; otherwise, our energy gets backed up and misdirected and will cause us to become tired, and often very ill.

When you clear something during your spiritual exercises, through Soul awareness, you can stay clear with it by not going back into it on the lower levels. You do this by saying, "I'm not going to participate in that." If you do it out of hostility, anger, or separation, the people around you can perceive your negative thrust and can be hurt. So you simply declare your new direction -- "I am going to participate in this" -- and move into new activity, always going towards your intention of God consciousness.

Don't be ashamed of what or who you are. You are divine. You are perfect. If the human condition doesn't always reflect the perfection, that's because there is no way to manifest the perfection here. You can't do it. The Traveler can't do it. Nobody can do it. So don't worry about it. To participate in Spirit, you don't have to flex your muscles or pull in your stomach, lose weight or gain weight, have hair or be bald, or anything else because those things have nothing to do with the divine energy of Spirit. Any negativity is just pointing out the next thing for you to work on and to bring across into the Divinity, until one day, and truthfully so, it will all be divine and you will know it as that. There will still be negativity, and there will still be positivity, and you will see it all equally as the Divine. That is your heritage. All you have to do is awaken to that and then know it.

Chant the Sacred tones, then stop chanting and listen. Start searching inwardly. Look for the golden thread and when you find it, ride on it into awareness of your Soul.

The Light still works even when it appears that not much is being done. So have the wit to place the Light immediately when situations are appearing and developing. Then much more can be done, often without a trace to those looking from the perspectives of the world.

The master key to completion is in our hands. We are the ones that decide when something is complete or finished, and we can declare it so. It's when we do not make the decision -- when we do not choose to decide -- that we can have problems with ourselves. You see, when we don't choose, a decision is still made -- by default.

The Light is the energy of Spirit that pervades all levels of consciousness. It is an energy that is of God. It is pure, uncorrupted, and available for our use.

Misery is separation and the feeling of being separated. Joy is the oneness of all. To reach the oneness, you own all aspects of living. You own the mistakes, the glory, the deceit, and the integrity. When you own it all, there is nothing you are not; you become one with God, which is all.

Fear can sometimes have a positive element, so it isn't always to be disregarded. If you fear failure, you might create success because you will put forth great effort to overcome what you fear. If you are fearful of reincarnation, you might do your spiritual exercises and free yourself from this level. If you handle fear in the right way, it can be positive and uplifting.
