You get what you focus on. So it makes sense to keep choosing and focusing on grace in every moment and to take the love and joy of Spirit with you wherever you go. If you walk into a dark, black hole with love and joy, you will find love and joy there. If you walk in with fear and anger, you will find fear and anger. Go into all the situations in your life with what you want to find there.

In the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness, we have one thing in common -- love. It's the only thing that is honest-to-God in common with everyone in here. That's what we're all here for. That's what we're dedicated to.

It is important to remember there is no separation between you and Spirit. When I speak of spiritual things, I am not speaking of an invisible action as opposed to a physical action -- I am speaking of the totality of beingness.

How do you enter into grace? Love God. What does that mean? Love everything. Start where you are. Start with yourself. Isn't it amazing that it would be set up that way, that you would begin where you are right now, with yourself?

When you can look at your life in perspective, you will see the humor of it. Enjoy it. Enjoy yourself in all your escapades. When you do, it's easy for the loving to come present and manifest itself in everything you do. So love your depression, love your despair, love your anger, love your confusion, love your upset. Love is the key -- total, unconditional love. Even when you don't feel like loving, you love the feeling of not feeling like loving.

The only Grace is loving God. When you are loving God, Grace is extended back to you, in all shapes and forms. Once you know yourself and the Beloved within you, you will not strike against another human being. You will withhold the strike and keep it back, because that form of loving is once again entering into the Grace. It's not only the Grace of loving God; it's the Grace of loving each person as God incarnate.

The things that were important to you in the first few years of your spiritual work are still important. It is still important to send the Light to people in a direct way. It is still important to ask for the Light to fill, surround, and protect you. It is still important to place the Light ahead of you in the activities of your day. It is still important to chant your initiatory tone, for it is the foundation of your spiritual health. Don't let these habits slip from you as the years go by. They are your strength.

As we connect more deeply with the Beloved, we become clearer. Although invisible and intangible, paradoxically, we can somehow feel it with our subtle senses. When we are in the company of the Beloved, we're in touch with the divine, the unconditional essence that is our true self. As we maintain that connection, whatever we do is loving and becomes for the highest good. It cannot be anything else.

Every experience adds to you. Be patient while you are adding up your gains.
