When you have had an experience, there is something wonderful in sharing it because you are saying, "We are all one, we are together in this higher consciousness; if you didn't get to experience this, here, drink of my cup of experience." You will gain the experience through your attunement. When you can move your convergence point to receive, it can become as real as though you were there.

The most effective meditation I have ever seen is worrying. Unfortunately, it goes the wrong way, and I have not seen too many changes made because of worrying. But I know that holding a positive focus on what you want and taking continual small steps towards it is the way to bring it about.

This level sleeps and it wants to awaken. And so it shakes itself every chance it gets. When we shake ourselves, we feel the disturbance of emotions, of the body, of pains, of mental fatigue. Finally we get to a point where all of these things have come to naught. And at that point, when we truly give up -- not verbalizing giving up, but truly give up into God -- then we have given up to our Great Self, the Soul that is the extension of the greater Soul that could be called God, or Jesus, or Christ, or Buddha, or whatever name you want to put on it.

It is important to realize that the essence of experience is your being involved in time and space in this dimension, and that all things you are bringing to yourself are for your unfoldment.

Listen to your heart. That is where the Lord resides. Look to your heart. That is where His miracles are seen.

If you resist or serve from a place of resentment and irritation, it will come back on you. If you serve with loving concern and kindness, you will be rewarded more than you ever thought possible, and that reward may be the ability to do more.

Once you receive the Grace of loving God, that loving starts to purify you as a prince or princess of the higher consciousness. You start to once again come into the royalty, the purple majesty of your being, and negativity, in and around you, is transmuted into a higher form.

Dishonesty forfeits divine aid, and that refers to what you do inside yourself. So be honest with yourself, no matter what else you might be doing. If you are sad and you say to yourself, "I'm not sad," it may or may not change your attitude. It depends upon the intention of claiming a new direction. But if you are denying what's present, that is "stuffing" and being dishonest with yourself.

Those who are students and initiates of the Mystical Traveler have the Soul realm as their goal and may travel in the Soul realm and above during the night travels. Much of their travel on the lower realms of Light is for their learning and growth, and to complete actions they have started in these lower levels so that they are free to travel in what I call the "high country," the Soul realm and above. When you work within MSIA, under the protection of the Traveler, you are allowed to bypass the lower realms. When you drop into deep sleep, you are immediately pulled into the Soul realm by the Traveler. Then, as you travel down through the lower worlds, you have all your experiences under the Traveler's protection. There is nothing that can hurt you, nothing that can harm you.

We can, through the consciousness of grace, dissolve all things. Grace is when God -- the supreme Light, the One Light -- extends a dispensation to us so that those things that have been out of balance in our life, can be balanced instantly.
